Excellent staff, clean facilities, very professional. Dr. Tyler Eubanks was incredible. I've been to several PT clinics due to injuries over the years, so I've had some experience, and can say Tyler os the best I've worked with. Very attentive, thorough, and addresses all of the issues and does a great job explaining what and why we're doing something. I highly recommend going to Back in Action.
Shaun is the best. I had him for 8months for a ACL tear, he helped me recover from that and I couldn’t be more grateful for his support and training throughout our time together. 🤟🏽
Tyler Eubanks was awesome! He is dedicated and very professional!
I've had a plethora of recent experience with these guys...first Stephanie helped cure my shoulder issues with a great stretching program. Two weeks ago I had my knee replacement and Dr. Tyler Eubanks has been terrific in helping me recover. Couldn't give them higher marks...highly recommended!
Excellent staff. Very friendly, sincere, and helpful with my problem. Clean environment.
Caroline is a great physical therapist and had my injury feeling better almost immediately. Very knowledgable and professional. Would recommend.
I enjoy working with personelAnd what we are doing is helping me
I have had two different reasons to work with the Physical Therapists here. The first time was after both bones near my ankle were broken and I had ORIF surgery. Although the first few sessions were painful as scar tissue needed to be broken, the rest of the sessions were challenging but worth it. I walk now with no limp. The second time I returned to get advice on strengthening muscles before training to hike up Mount Mitchell.
They are all pro’s !!! Great facility!!!
I’ve been going to Back In Action twice a week for the last 6-8 weeks for peroneal tendonitis. I went from having significant pain with moderate activity to having little/no pain regardless of activity level. Even when I have mild pain, it is quickly resolved by elevating my ankle. Aaron Bass has been great. He’s very knowledgeable and adjusts the treatment plan based on your feedback. I highly recommend him. Thanks and good luck.
Knowledgeable doctors who truly listen to their patients. Easy appointments and great app to follow up with your exercises.
This place is awesome! A few years ago, after back surgery, I had Kurt as my therapist. Anyone who has met him can tell he's a great guy. But he was maybe the best Physical Therapist I've seen.I again went to Back in Action yesterday for my 15 year old son, whose kneecap popped out. His therapist was Dr. Eubanks and he was equally as qualified and courteous as Kurt had been. I like their methods of strengthening and it was very apparent that Dr. Eubanks knows his stuff.I highly recommend BIA to anyone in the unfortunate position of needing PT.
Very knowledgeable and professional
Terrific group!
In a couple of weeks doing the exercises, my entire pain had gone. I plan to keep doing them from time to time to prevent a re-occurrence. Thank you so very much Caroline!
I needed a therapist to rehab and recover from rotator cuff surgery. I chose Back in Action and as luck would have it my appointment was with Kurt. For the next 12 plus weeks, twice a week he helped me regain range of motion and strength. He is extremely knowledgeable and consistent with his treatment. He has this sixth sense about when he needs to just redirect you and help you through your anxiety regarding the pain. Never judges your concerns no matter how silly they may seem. He’s an encourager. He has a terrific sense of humor and knows exactly when to use it. I’ve been to a number of therapists in the past and Kurt is definitely one of the best. The clinic in Holly Springs is clean and well equipped and any other staff I interacted with were professional and kind.
Laura is absolutely amazing! I have always had knee problems and my dad goes to her for his back and said she really knows her stuff! She truly helped me so much and is a people person that makes you feel comfortable and push yourself to reach a full recovery! Aside from being a great PT, she is always joyful and cares about her patience wellbeing even outside of therapy. She will always have a special place in my life for being so kind and helping me recover.
I have been to physical therapists in the past but was never impressed enough to return. I chose Back In Action because it is close to home (and work). I now know how lucky I was to be scheduled with Tyler for my first visit. Not much of one to want to do a bunch of exercises, beyond my already full workout regimen, I basically told him I had a very high pain tolerance and for me to be there, I was in pain. Pain that was waking me up at night. I left with some exercises that were not at all time consuming, and more importantly, gave me almost immediate relief. I continue to see Tyler, on a less frequent basis, as I've found if I follow his instructions, the issue that causes the problem is, for the most part, nonexistent. Not being in pain is a huge benefit from these visits, but I can honestly say I would have not returned had I been told to stop exercising. To me, and I believe for many who workout, being told we can't continue with our exercise(s) of choice, is a dealbreaker, even if we aren't getting a full night's sleep. I am grateful to Back In Action and to Tyler for listening, for being so knowledgeable and for providing compassionate, exceptional care.
Sean has guided me in rotator cuff rehabilitation, as well as recently, with low back pain and related stiffness. Sean is a very knowledgeable therapist. He always explains what he is doing and the expected outcome. I completely trust Sean's knowledge in the techniques he utilized in the therapy sessions I have had with him. He is good at what he does!
I had two issues that I needed help resolving - my shoulder and my knee. Caroline helped me strengthen both areas and alleviate my pain. I have been able to get back to fully participate in my workouts at the gym and lift heavier weights. Highly recommend!
In October of 2019 I injured my back and found out I had multiple issues ranging from degenerative disc disease, bulging disc, and sciatica. I had tried a few PT's and chiropractors, and had no luck. Fortunately I found Kurt and his team. Following the first appointment I already felt progress and relief. I thought I was never going to feel better and do normal activities, such as lifting and snowboarding. A few months in I was able to say goodbye and continue at home what they had taught me and feel great! Thank you Back In Action! Highly recommend!
My first experience with Kurt was when he solved a concerning foot "mystery" I was experiencing after my going to my primary doctor, a neurologist and a pediatrist with no resolution! In the last 7 years, Kurt has extremely successfully helped my husband and I through 4 total joint replacements: one shoulder, two knees, one hip and also various "tune ups," I call them, needed to keep our maturing bodies active and moving! We respect him and want him as OUR PT because of his outstanding knowledge, insight, wisdom, and ability to communicate and motivate - his sense of humor and friendship are icing on the cake! We are always impressed with the entire atmosphere and what we have witnessed at Back in Action with all the therapists, but Kurt is who has treated us and who we can HIGHLY PERSONALLY recommend!!!
My experience with Back In Holly Springs was excellent. Sean was very kind, personable and he worked with me very patiently. Office is super clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone to go to BIA.
I would not be walking around today had it not been for Kurt’s care. It wasn’t always easy but he kept me from living the rest of my life in a wheelchair. He started with me many years ago when the prognosis for me was a wheelchair in the not too distant future. I did what he asked of me and at 81 I’m still walking and doing well. He still has me come in once a month to keep me on track. He’s almost like another son now!
Sean was great with working on my TMD. I didn't realize until recently that there was PT for this, but trips to the dentist are so much easier. My range of motion increased noticeably and I feel that I now know what to do to continue to improve and/or to correct it again should it relapse.
I broke my ankle back in May and my doctor referred me to back in action, I’m so so glad she did! I worked with Caroline for about 2 months and she got my ankle almost completely back to normal which was a miracle. She was always very accommodating and such a sweet girl, highly recommend her as well as Back in Action!! they’re awesome:-)
I have had both Sean and David and both were exceptional. They truly helped me resolve my issues. Sean was especially accommodated during the initial stages of COVID and we worked remote! I had just had shoulder surgery at the end of February and I could not let PT wait. I have full mobility in my arm! They both do dry needling if needed and you are ok with it - that was also very helpful.
Kurt is an innovative and caring PT. He has been able to address my multiple problems and comes up with a solution to work through them in a productive fashion. I am very lucky to have Kurt as my PT.
They took care of my torn rotator cuff 5 years ago. Now Caroline is taking excellent care of my daughter. They are awesome.
Sean was great with my shoulder. He was very kind and conscientious. He relieved the pain and discomfort in just a few sessions.
I have worked with Tyler.. I am 81 and was in the high risk group.. during covid ..he came to my home two times a week he was warm and professional and always made me feel secure and safe..He helped me improve my balance . I am stronger and my pain is much better....before he left he always asked if he could do anything for me..like taking my trash.etc.. I have been going to Back in action for 15 years.intermittantly . have worked with laura, Kurt , Megan .. I always felt better after their service and would highly recommend any of them...
This practice has experienced and knowledgeable physical therapist that provide a wide range of services. The therapy is goal-based. The therapists are concerned about the patients needs and goals. I have seen 3 therapists in this practice and would give them all a 5 star rating. My recovery from ACL and meniscus surgery has been ahead of the normal curve. I could not more highly recommend this practice.I feel compelled to leave another review for this practice. I went to a free injury clinic that Back in Action has each week for a weird hip issue. I saw Tyler and he was absolutely terrific. He listened and watched my movements that caused some pain. He was able to quickly tell me what my issue was and gave me exercises to strengthen my muscle. I have seen several PT's in this office and would highly recommend them all. Their knowledge and beside manner could not be better. Praise all around to a fantastic team!
Got referral from my primary and a couple recommendations. Decided on this group in Holly Springs. I got Caroline, and she has been helping me get unknotted slowly. And I have learned MANY exercises to keep using, and know the corrections when done not quite as they need to be done. I already had some of the tools we used, and now I will actually use them. I find everyone who works there to be VERY friendly, the facility easy to maneuver in, and well maintained especially with the COVID precautions. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Caroline, and this group. This time I think this process is working.
I've had 4 appointments at Back In Action Physical Therapy so far. My therapist is Kurt, who is excellent. His many years of experience really shows, as he is very good at what he does. Not only is he skilled at physical therapy, but he maintains an excellent rapport with his patients. Kurt has a very good sense of humor, which he employs to defuse anxiety in patients who are fearful and hurting. He is very encouraging as he gently pushes you to go a little farther and do a little more. He is very personable and conversational, and puts his patients at ease right away. Kurt is also a good listener, and always allows you to express how you're feeling. He celebrates your victories in therapy, no matter how small. I'm very happy that I'm one of Kurt's patients, and would recommend him to anyone needing any kind of physical therapy.
I have unfortunately needed the services of Back In Action a number of times and Kurt fixed me up well every time. The most extensive was recovery from rotator cuff surgery and, with great thanks to Kurt, my range of motion and function of my shoulder are 100%.
Sean has been my PT person for many years starting with two total knee replacements. I am now going to Sean for strength training and balance issues from an illness. Sean has alwaysbeen professional and knowledgeable with the exercises he gets me to do. I just think he and Back in Action are the greatest. Thanks so much for helping me get back to my better self.
My experience at Back in Action with David has been great. Highly recommend
Kurt is a great therapist and I highly recommend him. Very knowledgeable and informative. Really helpful tome in rehab.
Sean Nixon has been my physical therapist following hip surgery and knee replacement. Both of my daughters and grandson have also been his clients. I really can’t say enough for Sean’s thoughtful consideration of what my needs were. The number one reason for why I believe Back In Action is so effective is because your therapist is always with you. They do not have assistants that the client gets passed off to.
Back In Action is the place to go for physcial therapy. I worked with Sean in the Holly Springs location after I had two hip replacements, four months apart. Sean was very professional, knowledgeable and patient and gave me the care that helped me to recover quickly. I refer everyone that needs PT to Back In Action.
Back in Action is the best, mostly because of Kurt.He took great care of me and actually told me when he felt I was done. You don't find that too often.
