The office is accepting new patients, accepts most insurance plans, and offers convenient hours. The new Morgantown facility joins Ivy Rehab Network’s rapidly growing footprint with nearly 110 locations in Pennsylvania.

Dr. Mike Mead, PT, DPT, SFMA, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Morgantown facility.

“I am excited and grateful for the opportunity to open the first Ivy Rehab facility in Berks County,” said Mike. “I look forward to helping individuals in the Morgantown community achieve their goals and set the standard for continued success beyond their course of care in physical therapy.”

Mike joined Ivy Rehab in 2021 after graduating from Widener University, where he worked in the outpatient orthopedic department, treating patients of all ages. He was previously a teammate at our Newtown Square, Souderton, and Harleysville locations.

He enjoys working with all patients while creating individualized treatment plans with variability in each session to meet patient-specific goals. He strives to promote health and wellness beyond physical therapy by offering fitness programming after completing a course of care. Areas of interest include spine dysfunction, return to sport, functional movement screening, soft tissue mobilization, balance disorders, and TMJ dysfunction.

Mike’s professional interests include mentoring physical therapy students, sports/work conditioning programs, and running analyses. Outside of work, he enjoys watching the Philadelphia Eagles and 76ers, golfing, and playing basketball.

“I’m thrilled about the ongoing opportunity to naturally grow our presence in the Morgantown area, ensuring our commitment to delivering exceptional care to the community and our valued referral sources,” said Jim Fagnani, Regional Director. ” We have consistently surpassed expectations in the past and aim to replicate our success in this new market. What makes this even more exciting is having Mike at the helm, as he assumes the role of Clinical Director and partner, a well-deserved step forward in his career.”
