Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy Opens First Location in Monroe County with Dr. Matthew Fleming at the Lead
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is now serving Monroe, Michigan. Conveniently located just south of Chick-fil-A at 1935 Telegraph Road, the new location is poised to deliver exceptional care close to home. With a focus on flexibility and accessibility, the clinic accommodates various schedules and accepts a wide range of insurance plans. This latest addition strengthens Ivy Rehab’s footprint in Michigan, complementing its network of nearly 75 orthopedic, pediatric, and ABA locations across the state.

Matthew Fleming, PT, DPT, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Monroe facility.

Matt brings exceptional energy and a strong personality to his practice, where he prioritizes attentive care for each of his patients. With a commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused treatment, he customizes every program to address his patients’ individual needs and goals.
Specializing in a wide range of age groups, Matt is experienced in treating infants with congenital disabilities as well as older adults undergoing pre and post-surgical therapy. Employing research-based treatment techniques, he crafts unique care plans tailored to each patient’s specific requirements.
With a decade of experience in outpatient physical therapy, Matt is dedicated to serving the community of Monroe County, Michigan. He enjoys working with patients from diverse backgrounds and treating a variety of injuries.
Outside of work, Matt remains active in his community by assisting with local high school football programs. He also enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing and cherishes quality time spent with his wife and children.
