As we open our doors to welcome new patients, we are committed to providing quality care with convenient hours and accepts most insurance plans. The new Portage facility is a proud addition to Ivy Rehab Network’s expanding presence in Indiana, boasting nearly a dozen locations.
Lucas Gaspar, PT, DPT, TDN cert, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Portage facility.
