Dr. Derek Crane-Huston Leads Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy Expansion to Statesville, North Carolina
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is now open in Statesville, North Carolina. The clinic is conveniently located at 1845 East Broad Street, off the East Broad Street exit on I-77 in the Planet Fitness Shopping Center. The office is accepting new patients, accepts most insurance plans, and offers convenient hours. The new Statesville facility joins Ivy Rehab Network’s rapidly growing footprint with 20 locations in North Carolina.
Dr. Derek Crane-Huston, PT, DPT, OCS, ACMT, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Statesville facility.

Derek moved to North Carolina from Pennsylvania in 2015 after he graduated with his physical therapy doctorate. He is board-certified in orthopedics and specializes in treating patients presenting with shoulder, knee, and spinal pain. Derek has also pursued a specialization in treating injured workers, with a focus on industrial services.
Personally, Derek loves spending time with his wife and their dog, Apollo. He is very active and enjoys CrossFit, golfing, kayaking on Lake Norman, visiting the beach, and hiking with his family.
