Ivy Rehab Opens New Clinic in Gastonia, NC
We are excited to share that our newest clinic in Gastonia, North Carolina is now open. The clinic is located at 3372 Robinwood Road inside Optimum Result Fitness. As with all offices at Ivy Rehab, we are committed to our patients by offering in-clinic, virtual–telehealth, and at-home care. This new Ivy Rehab clinic joins the existing sister brand Cleveland Physical Therapy Associates and marks the sixth location in North Carolina.

Curtis is a passionate and caring individual who is motivated to help his patients accomplish their goals and regain their independence. He strives to ensure that everyone he treats gets the best care he can offer.
Curtis enjoys treating sports orthopedics injuries, strength and conditioning, and general orthopedics. He has a specific interest in golf performance and has achieved his level 1 certification from the Titleist Performance Institute. This allows him to assess a person’s body mobility, flexibility, and strength to determine any problems that may occur while playing the game of golf. He has experience in various orthopedic injuries which include post-surgical, chronic injuries, and other orthopedic conditions. He also has an interest in running mechanics.
He currently resides in Charlotte with his wife Brittni and their dog Ellie. He enjoys live music, playing golf, watching sports, and exploring the city of Charlotte for good entertainment and food.

Access to care is available with or without a physician’s prescription, usually within 24–hours, and through virtual telehealth as well. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
