Dr. Sarah Knapp Brings The Training Room to West Berlin, New Jersey
The Training Room, an Ivy Rehab Network partner, opens a new location in West Berlin, New Jersey. The clinic is conveniently located at 200 Route 73, next to Shop Rite. The Berlin team is committed to providing quality care with convenient hours as they open their doors to welcome new patients. This latest addition in West Berlin strengthens the Ivy Rehab Network’s presence in New Jersey, complementing our nearly 150 existing locations.
Sarah Knapp, PT, DPT, OCS, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new West Berlin facility.

Sarah’s journey began in Westfield, New Jersey, where her passion for sports ignited. She actively participated in field hockey, basketball, and lacrosse throughout her years, laying the foundation for a lifelong dedication to athletics. Even in college, Sarah’s love for field hockey persisted as she competed on a club team, a testament to her enduring commitment to the game.
In 2016, Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Health Services from Saint Joseph’s University. Building upon her academic achievements, she pursued her interest in physical therapy, earning her Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson University in 2020. Her dedication and expertise are furthered by her accreditation as a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics (OCS).
Driven by a profound desire to facilitate the recovery process, Sarah aims to optimize patient care, empowering individuals to get back to living life to the fullest and excel at their highest potential.
