Morristown, NJ Welcomes New Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy Clinic

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is now open in Morristown, New Jersey. The clinic is conveniently located at 95 Madison Avenue, across the street from Morristown Hospital. The office accepts new physical therapy and occupational therapy patients and participates in network with most insurance plans. The new Morristown facility joins Ivy Rehab Network’s rapidly growing footprint with nearly 130 locations in New Jersey

Adam Freitag, MS, OTR/L, serves as Clinic Director and Occupational Therapist at the new Morristown facility.

Our goal is to promote health, prevent injuries, and help individuals live life to the fullest.” 

Adam Freitag, MS, OTR/L, is a highly experienced occupational therapist and clinic director who has spent the last five years specializing in the rehabilitation of the hand and upper extremities. Adam has extensive specialized training in hand therapy and focuses his treatment on therapeutic interventions to prevent impairment, restore function, and reverse the progression of pathology of the upper limb. 

Adam is thoroughly committed to providing his patients with highly individualized, comprehensive treatment to live life to their fullest by helping to promote health and prevent – or live better with – injury, illness, or disability. He looks forward to serving the Morristown community! 

Outside of work, Adam enjoys hiking, going to the gym, and spending time with his family and friends.
