Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is now open in Lincolnton, North Carolina. The clinic is conveniently located at 435 North Generals Boulevard in the same shopping center as Belk and Marshalls. The office is accepting new patients, accepts most insurance plans, and offers convenient hours. The new Lincolnton facility joins Ivy Rehab Network’s rapidly growing footprint with nearly 20 locations in North Carolina.
Dr. David Barna PT, DPT, OCS, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Lincolnton facility.
“I am very excited to return to North Carolina to help serve Lincolnton and the surrounding areas,” said David. “I consider this area home and look forward to providing specialist-level care to help my neighbors return to living their life to the fullest.”
David earned his Doctorate in physical therapy from Campbell University. Before that, he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in chemistry from Campbell University. After physical therapy school, David completed his orthopedic residency in Austin, Texas, where he earned his orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS). During his residency and earlier career, he worked with patients of all backgrounds, including professional athletes, collegiate athletes, special forces, and the Texas Rangers.
David is thrilled to be back in North Carolina and to provide expert-level physical therapy to his hometown community. When not in the clinic, David enjoys cooking, watching sports, and spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter.
