Ivy Rehab in Kings Mountain, NC, has relocated to a new address of 836 E King Street. This convenient new location is next to Patriot Jacks and across King Street from Patrick Senior Center. Our commitment to the community is strong, and we look forward to continuing top-notch services at our new facility. The same team of highly skilled professionals on staff are accepting new patients and are available to help with any injury or discomfort.

At Ivy Rehab, we offer quick access to care, with appointments available within 24 hours and complimentary consultations with a physical therapist. We are in-network with most insurance plans, including Medicare. Our Kings Mountain location has convenient office hours Monday through Thursday, 6:40 am – 6:00 pm and, Friday, 7:20 am – 12:00 pm.
Kings Mountain offers various treatments such as arthritis, sciatica, vertigo, orthopedic therapy, physical therapy, soft tissue mobilization, post-surgical treatment, auto accident care, and much more.
