About Alex Theodores, PT, DPT
Alex is an energetic orthopedic Physical Therapist from Upstate New York. He is passionate about connecting with others and helping guide them through their rehabilitation journey.
He began his fitness career as a Personal Trainer, certified through the American Council on Exercise. He attended VCU’s Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2021 and fell in love with out-patient orthopedic therapy. He has been practicing in Charlottesville since 2023. He enjoys helping people with acute and chronic ortho condition manage and treat their pain. He specializes in the rehabilitation for the Industrial Athlete and those who have suffered work-related injuries. He believes in the importance of training for life and models his rehabilitation programs after patient-specific functional testing and training tailored to their goals.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys playing guitar and spending time outdoors.
