Sports Made Personal (SMP) and Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy are excited to announce a new sports medicine partnership in the near north Chicago suburbs where Ivy will provide the totality of Physical Therapy and Athletic Training services to the athletes who participate in youth lacrosse and soccer for SMP, including FC United SC, FCU Development Academy, Trevian SC, and Team One Lacrosse.
