Ivy Rehab is excited to announce that Community Physical Therapy is now part of the Ivy Rehab Network. Community Physical Therapy is located at 360-9 North Main St in the Apple Valley Professional Plaza in Southington, Connecticut. Ivy Rehab’s footprint in the Northeast continues to expand, now with 5 clinics in Connecticut and over 90 clinics in the Northeast.
