A New Ivy Rehab HSS Physical Therapy Center of Excellence is Open in Shelton, CT

We’re excited to announce our fourth Ivy Rehab HSS Physical Therapy Center of Excellence is now open in Shelton, Connecticut. This is the first Center of Excellence in the state and joins three already established Centers of Excellence in Englewood and Marlboro, New Jersey, and in Northport, New York. Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), top-ranked in the nation for orthopedics for the past ten years, has partnered with Ivy Rehab to open this brand-new facility, which will feature a wide range of services with highly trained physical therapists and state-of-the-art equipment. The Shelton Center of Excellence is located at 385 Bridgeport Ave, right near the Big Y and the Barra Italian Street Kitchen, and will be open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
