We are located in East Norriton, PA. Our location is on Dekalb Pike between Weis Market and McDonalds. We love being close to our patients!

About Us

We provide physical, occupational, speech and feeding therapy, along with concussion rehabilitation to children from birth to 21 years of age at outpatient locations and through early intervention services. Our team approach is geared toward the individual needs of each patient, which has a proven rate of success. Overall goals can be reached in a decreased time frame because children are working with a team of therapists in multiple environments with multiple treatment styles. With daytime, evening and weekend hours, separate treatment spaces for patients of all ages, and a wide range of accepted insurances, we work hard to enable every child to maximize their potential!

I’ve been taking my son here since he was 3 months old. He’s currently 13 months old. The entire staff is very nice and helpful, from Amanda & Melanie at the front desk to all the Therapists. My son specifically works with Jen and Colleen for his sessions. They have been outstanding and go above and beyond to help your child progress. Incredibly professional and would highly recommend taking your kids here.

Our son started at Ivy just a few months ago. His team, PTs Colleen and Jen and OT Kara, have been advocates and cheerleaders for him since day one, always able to accommodate our schedule and find time for our son's appointments. Their expertise in their respective fields is matched only by the level of care and compassion they have for our son. The progress he has made in the last few months is a testament to how knowledgeable and skilled his therapists are. The hands-on work they do with our son on weekly basis is invaluable, but perhaps more important and valuable are the tools they have given us to work with our son at home to help his progress and development.We can't thank Colleen, Kara, and Jen enough for everything they've done (and continue to do) to help our son grow!

Ivy has been so great for my son Crew! I decided to go to Ivy when my son was denied services. Kara and Jen have been amazing with Crew and I am so thankful for them. My son has been a patient at Ivy Rehab for Kids for over three years. Since the very beginning, Jen and Kara have been his biggest cheerleaders and advocates. They are of course invested in his progress, but, even more so, they are so invested in him as a person. It is so evident how much they care about my son. Even after some significant medical changes and increasing medical complexity, they never let that stop them from having the highest expectations for him. As the parent of a very medically complex child, it can be very daunting to find therapists who see your child beyond their diagnoses and who truly “get” your child. Jen and Kara do. I am enternally grateful. I would highly recommend Ivy Rehab for Kids!

Our son has received about 3 years total of OT here, working mostly with Kara on specific things that have helped him with motor & visual motor functions. Kara's knowledge in these areas and more is immense & impressive; the results from treatment have been significant. I feel like I can bring any piece of information in to a session, and Kara is able to connect it in OT terms in a way that is immensely helpful. Our son says he loves that he gets a lot of choice in the activities in a session. Our daughter also receives OT for the last 6 months, mostly with Kassia, whose ability to engage a younger child with fun & relevant activities for treatment is amazing. Kassia also has the ability to take information & apply it in the OT world. Kara & Kassia work together & run things by each other routinely in relation to the kids' care and we are extremely grateful for both of them and the services they provide. Lastly, Amanda at the front desk is friendly, efficient, and always willing to help with scheduling.

I went to a class offered to the community for parents of infants that was very helpful! My daughter (3 months at the time) and I had a great time. The Therapists made the information session fun easy to understand. Colleen especially stood out to me! She was so knowledgeable and kind! She interacted with my daughter and other attendees with a big smile. She made us feel very welcome. I would definitely come back to see Colleen and the other therapists! I would recommend this class to all parents and caregivers.

My son sees Cara and Cassia for feeding therapy because he was a very picky eater and they have helped him sooo much. He used to only eat nuggets and fries and now he is eating steak and broccoli.We also use ivy rehab for kids for physical therapy because my son is 5 and still toe walk sometimes. He sees Jen and Colleen. They are very knowledgeable and have taught me many exercises to do at home. His balance and walking have improved greatly.Thank you so much

Emily has been amazing with my son from the very beginning! She created a safe, warm, and exciting atmosphere for my Nolan. He is excited every time he finds out he gets to come for OT with Emily. I cannot say enough good things about Ivy Rehab for Kids in East Norriton. Kara Kelehan has been my son’s OT for years and has made a profound difference in his life. Their ability to connect with my son in a way that motivates and engages his is like nothing that I’ve ever experienced with another therapist. Their willingness to use innovative methods to make learning fun keeps my son excited about coming to sessions, and ensures that he is never bored. Kara is also very much neurodiversity affirming, supporting my son in his diagnosis in a very important way.I also have been so impressed with Amanda at the front desk. She will reach out to me when new appointments need to be scheduled, or will be very flexible in trying to schedule or reschedule appointments when needed. She always knows my son by name and makes him feel welcome when he comes into the clinic.

My son and I have had an amazing with Ivy Rehab. I enjoy working with all of the therapists, but two of the therapists we work very closely with are Kara and Marsha. They have been extremely helpful to not only my son, but also with me. Kara, the OT, has taught me so much about autism and the correct tools to use to help my son with everyday life. We absolutely love Theraplay!!! My son is 4 and has OT. The therapists are so patience with him and he gets so excited to go to a session. Everyone is so kind and really friendly!! We did take a break due to Covid-19 but have recently gone back. Everything is wiped down and they are taking extra precautions. I would definitely recommend looking into them for your child’s needs

My son has been receiving services at this center for over a year and has grown and developed so much while in the care of his therapist. The entire staff has been so kind, understanding, encouraging and knowledgeable. We love our time at Theraplay and enjoy learning in such a caring and compassionate environment. The facility is clean and well organized which makes our experience here all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend their evaluation services as well and their therapy services. We LOVE Theraplay!!!!

My son had the pleasure of being the first patient here! We have been to other locations as well. East norriton is clean and safe. Everyone is always smiling. my son is always excited to come to theraplay and never why's from going into his sessions! He has gotten to know all of the staff and everyone follows his plan of care accordingly. They do go above and beyond. Shannon at the front desk is awesome, she is quick and memorized your schedules in due time. Never had a complaint about the staff. You will run into your occasional rude parent but that's anywhere! If you get a recommendation to come here please don't hesitate!
