Ivy Rehab in Allendale, MI, has Relocated to a Fresh, New Clinic!
We’re excited to announce that we’ve moved our Allendale clinic to a brand-new space! The clinic is conveniently located next to the Family Fare at 11160 WJ Presley Parkway, Suite 103, Allendale, MI 49401. The new location is just across the street from the previous facility. The newly transformed Allendale clinic will continue its five-year commitment to the community and looks forward to serving you in its new facility.

The Allendale office is accepting new patients and is in-network with most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. This office has early morning and late evening appointment hours to accommodate all busy schedules and is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. The same great team you’ve come to know is still on staff to deliver exceptional care in their new space.
