Our Fort Mill Clinic in South Carolina has a Fresh, New Location
We’re excited to announce that our Fort Mill location has moved! The clinic is now conveniently located off major Highway 77, facing Gold Hill Road, at 130 Crisanto Avenue, Suite A, in Fort Mill, SC. This clinic, previously known as Focus Physical Therapy and Fitness, will continue its 5-year commitment to the Fort Mill community and will be open Monday – Thursday from 9 am – 7 pm and Friday from 7 am – 3 pm. The same great team you’ve come to know from Focus Physical Therapy will be on staff to deliver exceptional care in this new Ivy Rehab location.
