We're excited to share that The Physical Therapy & Wellness Institute, an Ivy Rehab partner, is now open in Newtown Square, PA. You'll find the brand-new facility at 3537 West Chester Pike next to the Casey's Public House restaurant. The office has early morning, late evening and weekend hours to accommodate all schedules. They are open Monday through Thursday 7am to 8pm and Friday 7am to 5pm. The opening of the Newtown Square office marks The Physical Therapy & Wellness Institutes 11th location and adds to the Ivy Rehab Network of clinics with nearly 30 offices in Pennsylvania.

As a native of Delaware County, it is a dream come true to provide a state of the art facility with a treatment and fitness model that is unprecedented in the Greater Philadelphia area," said Dr. Michael Quintans, DPT, OCS. "Staffed by only the top practitioners and coaches in the region, The Performance Therapy and Wellness Institute will elevate the standard of sports medicine as we know it today." 

Dr. Michael Quintans, DPT, OCS is the Clinic Director of Newtown Square. Mike earned his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Widener University in Pennsylvania. He is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association and is committed to optimizing his patient's outcomes using the latest evidence-based treatment approaches including manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and slow-motion camera technology. He has a strong interest in biomechanics as it pertains to all sports and activities of daily living. Mike enjoys helping athletes of all ages identify and improve limitations in their movement patterns enhancing health and performance.

Part of our philosophy is to become entrenched as part of the community we practice in, give back, and serve its residents," stated Dr. Jim Fagnani, DPT and Regional Director for PTW.
