Nicole Sorrentino, PT, DPT, OCS Opens New Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy Office in Syosset, NY
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy in Syosset, New York is now open! The clinic is located in the Muttontown Plaza near Bergers Bros Camera at 224 West Jericho Turnpike. With nearly 30 locations in New York, this new clinic joins Ivy Rehab’s rapidly expanding network of clinics along the East Coast.
Dr. Nicole Sorrentino is serving as the Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Syosset facility.
“I am so proud to announce the opening of Ivy Rehab’s Syosset clinic and am beyond excited to get started and serve this wonderful community,” said Nicole. “I look forward to getting patients back in action with high-quality orthopedic care, a lot of laughs, and a great overall experience!”
Nicole began her career as a Physical Therapist at Ivy Rehab’s Lynbrook location in 2017 after graduating from Ithaca College. She has an energetic and outgoing personality that makes each patient eager to attend therapy sessions. She strives each day to deliver outstanding care to help her patients achieve their individual goals.
Nicole loves working with everyone from the young athlete to the weekend warrior, to the post-operative patient, and everything in-between. As an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Nicole utilizes evidence-based treatment techniques that she learned and developed through her experience with the Ivy Rehab HSS Orthopedic Residency program. This helps to provide each patient with a plan of care that is geared to target their deficits so they can achieve their goals.
