Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy Opens New Location in Millstone, NJ, Led by Dr. Erica Kurc
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is now open in Millstone, New Jersey. The clinic is conveniently located at 498 Monmouth Road, next to Bagel Bistro. The office is accepting new patients, accepts most insurance plans, and offers convenient hours. With nearly 100 locations in New Jersey, this new facility joins the Ivy Rehab Network’s rapidly expanding footprint along the East Coast.
Dr. Erica Kurc, PT, DPT, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Millstone facility.

Erica is a top-notch physical therapist with almost two decades of experience in the local area, known for her research-based treatment methods and professional integrity. Erica strives to make every patient’s experience a positive one. She has a passion for physical therapy and can adapt, motivate and stay positive during the highs and lows of the road to recovery. She is detail oriented in her evaluation process, continuously collaborating with patients and physicians to achieve optimal results.
Erica enjoys treating orthopedic injuries in athletes of all ages, whether pre-and-post surgical care or non-operative approaches are needed. She has a special interest in sports medicine and return to play testing. She enjoys seeing athletes returning to the activities they love, whether a youth is participating in multiple sports or an adult with enthusiasm for an active lifestyle. Erica believes that knowledge is power, and educating her patients is a priority to feeling better!
Erica has enjoyed playing sports throughout her years in New Jersey and is an NJCAA Region 19 Women’s Soccer Champion that participated in NJCAA National Women’s Soccer Tournament in 1998. She lives in Jackson with her family and loves watching her 7-year-old son play baseball!
