Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is Now Open in Momence, IL
Ivy Rehab’s newest clinic in Momence, IL is now open! This clinic is located at 813 N. Dixie Hwy, adjacent to the Phillips 66/CircleK. They will be open Monday and Thursday from 11:00 am – 7:00 pm, and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. This clinic is Ivy Rehab’s 12th in the state of Illinois and represents the company’s growing footprint in the Midwest, now with over 35 clinics in the region.
