A Beautiful Bike Build Surprise

A Beautiful Bike Build Surprise

At Ivy Rehab, we live by the motto of “It’s all about the people.” Not only does that apply to make sure our patients receive an exceptional experience at every one of our clinics, but it also means ensuring that our team members are happy and fulfilled in their careers.

We recently gathered a large group of Ivy Rehab Northeast Clinic Directors and participated in a team-building exercise to provide underprivileged kids with their very first bike. With the help of Team Builders Plus, participants were divided up into groups of five where they completed challenges to win each bike part. Throughout the event, each team assembled their bike, decorated it, and even made cards for the kids. After 16 bikes were assembled, we asked the group to pose for a picture so that the kids who received these bikes could see who built them. Little did they know that we had a surprise waiting outside the door.
