Where We’re Located

We are located in Zion Crossroads, VA in Louisa County.  Our location is in the Spring Creek area next to Pediatric Associates. We love being close to our patients!

Our specially-trained pediatric therapists work one-on-one with our young patients to help them, encourage progress, and form lasting bonds. In addition, we work closely with physicians, parents, caregivers, and teachers with a collaborative approach to care to facilitate great clinical and functional outcomes. We absolutely love our friends at Ivy rehab for kids!! It’s my sons favorite part of the week. They truly love the children they work with and are so passionate about their work. I can not thank them enough for helping my baby!

Our daughter loves Ivy Rehab at Zions. Our daughter has a hard time trusting people, it took a little while but the Therapist at Ivy Rehab have done awesome with her and her needs. She now loves to go and sometimes doesn't want to leave. We are happy we found a good fit for her to do her therapy, and feel safe.

This place has done so much for our family! We are there twice a week and it’s a place where we feel so loved. The therapists not only do everything to help your little one, but they love on them too. They are caring, kind, nurturing, and encouraging. It’s a scary thing as a parent to find out your kid needs therapy. Ivy rehab has taken us by the hand and encouraged us and guided us on how we can best help our little one. We are so thankful for this place and all the people that work there. It’s also rare to find a place where people seem genuinely happy to be at work and you can definitely tell that everyone there cares about & genuinely enjoys what they do!

We have been very happy with our PT and Speech Therapist and hopefully soon OT as well. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They have been extremely helpful in showing us ways to work with and help our child at home also. We would highly recommend Ivy Rehab to anyone who is looking for therapy for their child.

We love this child rehab spot! My daughter who had numerous ailment steaming from being preemie and breech is now one year old and thriving. She went from not even being able to roll 5 months ago to rolling, standing and trying to crawl. She will get there shortly. As had tons of help from Mr. Mike who is our normal PT, but also Mr. Jacob and Mrs. Hannah. Everyone is always super friendly here and they even had a trick or treat night before Halloween for all the kiddos.They are super understanding if something comes up and you have to cancel or move an appointment and try their best to work with all types of schedules. We love Ivy Rehab for Kids!

I could not have asked for a better place to take my child, he's doing Speech therapy with Marisa, who is AMAZING! My first visit he ended up doing the "more" sign. I cried. He's now doing different signs and speaking!Its all about the relationship they build with your child. They are wonderful!

My son started speech and occupational therapy here a little over a year ago and there is an astounding difference between the little boy he was then and who he is today. The staff is AMAZING!! They are all so kind, even when he sometimes isn't. I am so thankful to the folks here and the difference they have made in my little boy's life.

6 Years. We have been trying to get the best course of therapy for my daughter since she exhibited signs of low muscle tone, or just a generally "floppy" baby on top of many other signs. This was six years ago this journey started. It felt like diagnosis' were being chased but no real help or just plane dismissal as behaviorial issues. I knew that was not the case. Our pediatrician sent us to Southeastern in Zion crossroads and it's only been a few weeks and we are experiencing countless achievements. My child has incredible confidence and loves her therapists. Therapy morning is the morning she wakes up and gets out of bed like a pop tart in a toaster. This has been a huge relief and a blessing. We are finally moving forward and at a fast but comfortable rate.
