We are located in Richmond, VA. Our location is in the Near West End area across from the West End Richmond Public Library.  We love being close to our patients!

We go above and beyond when it comes to the treatment of our young patients. Our goal is to make their experience as close to “playtime” as possible. Our specially-trained pediatric therapists work one-on-one with our young patients to help them, encourage progress, and form lasting bonds. In addition, we work closely with physicians, parents, caregivers, and teachers with a collaborative approach to care to facilitate great clinical and functional outcomes. Ivy Rehab has been such a blessing for our family. Our foster son meets with Chloe and Emily once a week for PT and OT services. They have helped with his toe walking and emotional regulation. I highly recommend Ivy Rehab.

We have been coming here for two years and made great strides with Miss Emily. All of the therapists are so patient and kind with the kiddos but any one of them is top notch. They’ve worked with my daughter’s school and are always open for discussions and suggestions. They’ve worked with us through our daughter’s diagnosis and beyond. These guys should be sainted and I have no complaints whatsoever. We drive far to get here for our eatly morning appointment and I would drive even farther if needed. 20/10. ♥️

My son goes here for speech therapy. He is 5 years old with a stutter. Ms. Melanie has been AWESOME! She has really helped my little guy smooth out his speech while giving me tools to help with his progress at home. 5 stars!

We have had such a wonderful experience at Ivy Rehab! My son started therapy a year ago at just 7 months old. In the past year we have seen immense improvement! He has had physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy for feeding. He has gone from not being able to sit up on his own, to running around like his twin brother. As a kid with a Gtube, feeding was one of our biggest concerns. In the past 6 months he has made HUGE gains in eating thanks to our amazing therapist, Emily! The staff is friendly and flexible, and they truly care about my child. As a parent of a child who needs ALL the therapies, it is also super nice to be able to get everything we need in one place!

My 2 yr old son was seen by Becca and Courtney for separation anxiety for several months. We loved work with both of them and could not be happier with how much he has improved. Our families noticed a change in his behavior and were happy to see him less clingy. We worked with them in and out of the office and that was so helpful when we had questions and needed more help at home. They offered solutions and prompt responses via email and guided us on how we can help me at home.Separation anxiety is not only challenging for the child but, IMO also for parents esp. moms, or whoever spends the most time with the child. In this case it was me, and I def. learned a lot in terms of how to help him during those transitional phases although they were hard for me but Becca and Courtney's guidance put me to ease and helped us incredibly!All the staff on site is helpful and always willing to help! I would recommend this location for anyone seeking therapy services for their kids.(A cross post from my Yelp and Facebook post)

Ivy Rehab for Kids has been the most pleasant therapy establishments I’ve had the pleasure of working with. My four year old has been going for just under a year and he looks forward to each and every visit. The entire staff (front and back) are all exceptional— they are so genuine and go above and beyond constantly because they want to see your child succeed. I cannot imagine a better office for children in the richmond area.

We love Ivy Rehab! We’ve been attending physical therapy sessions for our infant for about 5 months so far with Emily. Emily is an outstanding resource for parents and kids, and the whole office has been so supportive of our whole family. The front office staff is understanding and happy to help reschedule appointments when needed, other therapists have even popped into appointments to answer questions on issues related to feeding and behavior. We literally cannot say how pleased we are with the whole office - the whole staff is amazing!

I cannot speak highly enough about Alyssa and the team at Southeastern Therapy for Kids! As an anxious new mother, I am so appreciative for every session (both delivered in-person and virtually.) Alyssa and the team never mind that I ask the same questions over and over, and they continually offer clear, knowledgeable, and encouraging answers.My son and I are consistently learning after each session with Alyssa, and he is thriving!I truly believe that every child would benefit from having someone like Alyssa in his/her life!

Emily has been a blessing to my son and to our family. She has shown compassion both inside and outside of the office. A bonus is my son looks forward to his weekly appointments. My friend Deborah Adams always had wonderful things to say about Southeastern Therapy for kids but we had to move out of town and couldn’t come to the clinic for a long time. Finally the stars aligned and things worked out so we actually able to come - we drive 1 1/2 hr to get there and I can’t say enough how wonderful it has been. My son’s OT - Sara - is nothing short of amazing. She is wonderful with him and does a great job communicating with me, wether it is to find out how his week was, or what they worked on during the session or to simply answer questions or hear my concerns. It has been SO worth my drive :)

This place has a wonderful speech and OT team to work with. They are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient especially with the young kids they have to work with. I have had the opportunity to work with Lisa and Leah for and extended period of time. They are just wonderful ladies in what they do. I have seen significant progress in my son’s speech and OT. Ms. Emily has been the best for my son since day one! Especially with the way the world is now she has stayed his constant and balance and has the most patience! Not only are they there for you and your kiddo in office, I can reach out for help almost any time of the day! The front desk staff are also always friendly and welcome you with a smile! We absolutely love the staff at Southeastern Therapy for Kids. The occupational therapy team has been amazing. We have seen so much improvement in our daughter. They have a family centered approach where they are there to work with the child, but also offer support and feedback to the family. We have been seeing both Alyssa and Emily only for a couple months but the Changes they have brought out in my 7 year old with emotional issues and behavioral issues has been so noticeable already! They both are amazing to work with, kids don’t think of this as a therapist they think of it as play so look forward to their appointment every week. Facility is always clean, all staff members are friendly and involved with your child. I cannot say enough About this facility, they are so engaged and wonderful people and have already in this short time brought out some beautiful qualities in my son and I am so thankful for them!

We've known the benefits of OT for kiddos with early history of trauma for a while, but finding the right providers is not easy. We've been beyond thrilled with Southeastern Therapy for kids and we can't say enough about the services they provide. They use a medical mode, are all trauma informed, and provide lots of real life strategies for the kids as well as parents, and communicate amazingly with all. On top of that, they are great with accepting insurances and ease of scheduling.The Chesterfield office is great, and we also love the new Patterson Ave. office. The waiting room is spacious and kid friendly and they have a wonderful gym for activities.I wish we had been linked with these folks years ago!

My 3 year old son has been seeing Alyssa for OT for about 4 months now. We have seen a HUGE change in my sons behavior at home. When we miss 1 week of OT, you can tell in his behavior that he needs some more Alyssa time! My son absolutely loves her! He gets so excited when I tell him we are go to visit with her. Alyssa has not only made a huge difference with him, but also keeps me informed in ways to help him at home too and gives me a better understanding on how to meets his needs and communicate with my son. She is very knowledgeable and easy going. I really wondered how I would be a parent without her! Alyssa is so patient with my him, knows exactly what he needs, and fully understands him. I really look forward to the next several months here!

Southeastern therapy for kids is amazing. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and the therapists are masters at their craft. Bianca is the nicest administrative assistant I’ve ever met. Her attention to detail and happy disposition are unmatched. My daughter looks forward to her speech therapy with Ginger and Occupational therapy with Emily. They make the sessions fun, are knowledgeable and genuinely love kids. I’m so glad we found them.
