We are located in NE Philadelphia, PA. Our location is in the Krewstown area near Aldi. We are in the Krewstown Shopping Center near the Northeast Racquet Club & Fitness Center. We strive to deliver exceptional physical therapy by making our services available and accessible to our patients nearby, within their communities.  We love being close to our patients!

At our clinic, we go out of our way to make your physical rehabilitation and recovery a great experience. You can see us with or without a prescription from your doctor! If you see us first, we can provide you with a complimentary injury screening or refer you to a great physician, if necessary. We know your time is valuable, so to make you wait as little as possible we even offer appointments within 24 hours of your first phone call. We’ll also do everything in our power to accommodate your busy schedule.

I'd highly recommend Nick Molinero and Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy on Krewstown Road. Nick treated my knee for a severe hamstring injury. Nick has wonderful diagnostic skills. He is a very professional, organized and skilled Physical Therapist with a very friendly and fun personality. It's obvious how much Nick cares about his patients as he always has a pleasant demeanor and is very attentive to each patient.Nick helped restore my knee to functional mobility and helped me to challenge myself with stability exercises when I lacked confidence in my knee. Nick taught me how to strengthen the muscles around my knee which helped to relieve the pain and gave me more flexibility and mobility. With his help, I am again walking up and down the stairs, and I have returned to doing my usual activities and exercises.I cannot say enough good things about Nick and his co-workers. Marina is so sweet, and she often assisted Nick with guiding me through my treatment plan. Marina is also very attentive and compassionate with the patients.It was a successful and fun physical therapy experience thanks to Nick, Marina and the entire staff. We had some great conversations and many laughs. The entire staff at Ivy Krewstown--Nick, Marina, Andy, Victoria and Keziah--are very pleasant and kind. It was a pleasure meeting and working with them. The clinic is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. I truly appreciate their help, guidance and experience. I am a breast cancer survivor. I've been attending Ivy Rehab Krewstown Rd., Phila., PA., since Nov 2023. The staff here is the most accomodating, most compassionate, that I've experienced anywhere. The Therpist, Nicholas Molinaro has the biggest heart and is so caring with his patients. Treats everyone with the same compassion and professionalism. I've had the biggest breakthrough since my double mastecomy 3 years ago. When I first started with Nick I could barely lift my left arm, my shoulder was in almost continual pain. Today, I am so proud and glad to say that I can lift my left arm to the third shelf of my kitchen cabinet. YEAH!!!! Our conversations have been very inspiring and uplifting. Nick deserves not only kudos but to be reconized for his excellent work and professiolism and hands on therapy. The staff is equally awesome, very caring and on top of appointments and anything else one may need. The place is always spotless. Location is great, plenty of parking. IVYREHAB, please dont let this young man go through w/o recognition he's well worthy! And deseves all good coming his way in life. Rememeber what goes around comes around!! This was a wonderful experience. I chose this location due to its proximity to my home. My therapist was Anne. She was a wonderful person to work with. She was friendly, sympathetic to my needs and respectful.She was very knowledgeable and focused when explaining the details of my therapy and why I was doing each exercise.The property was exceptionally clean and Covid safe. They took the temperature of every patient that arrived and wiped down the equipment after every patients use.Anne’s personality was exceptional. She appeared to really enjoy her job and helping people determine the best type of exercises they needed for their therapy.I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this location if I needed physical therapy again.

Facility is meticulously clean. The front desk and waiting area were wiped down after ever contact. The therapists wiped down all equipment after every use. Friendly, organized, experienced receptionist. Very timely. Almost no wait time for all my appointments. Not sure it was my timing or it was their timing- but never run into crowds. Atmosphere is definitely relaxing and not intimidating at all. Therapists are extremely welcoming and friendly and knowledgeable - especially John, my therapist. Thus far, I'm very happy with this place.

Excel Physical Therapy is the go-to resource for rehabilitation. I went to them for post-surgery rotator cuff repair. Very little in my recovery went as expected but they persevered. They were attentive to “the whole” me and their treatment is focused on one person at a time; not cycling between 3 or 4. It wasn’t until when I was sitting with heat or ice at the end of your session that they began with the next person.This individual focus let them observe every little thing about your progress (or lack of progress) and correct for it going forward.Jason was my therapist. He didn’t just watch my exercises to see if I was doing them correctly, favoring one side, or trying to push through the pain too soon (which would cause a setback slowing me down). But he would listen to my weird description of the pain, translate what I meant, and figure out how to help, either immediately right there or with a new technique for me.It took longer than anyone ever expected but I’m 97% recovered and the 3% will come if I stop slacking off.I’m grateful to the Team of Excel Physical Therapy and I recommend Jason to everyone.

I came here for a shoulder injury that resulted in limited arm motion and loss of strength. My PT Seth Kaufmann was incredible! In our first session he asked me what activities I’d like to go back to and tailored a program specific to my goals, and each session he got me closer and closer to my goals. 4 weeks later Im fully recovered, I’ve re-gained full motion and strength, and I finally feel ready to back to boxing! I can honestly say that if not for Matt and Excel PT I would not have the free use of my arm after shoulder surgery. I had struggles with both arms after surgery and he was able to work on the issues easily with some homework for me to do. They offered very convenient times for me to go in around my work schedule. It was clean and safe especially during COVID -19. I would not use any other physical therapy facility! They are extremely knowledgeable and professional and very friendly and welcoming. I had a very nice experience here. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. My trainer, Matt Johnston was great. He was also very smart and knowledgeable on my issue (knee). He used modern techniques and was willing to adapt to my level. Lastly, he seemed to genuinely care and listen to my experiences and what I had to say. I would definitely go back and recommend Matt (and Anne) for any physical therapy needs.

I went to here to get help with lower back pain that had become bothersome. I had Jason and he was an excellent physical therapist. He continually was making sure how I was doing and trying to figure out what exercises were helping more than others. I have gotten my back and supporting muscles a lot stronger and I am happy to say I am doing a lot better and it all has to do with Excel Therapy and the great staff and therapists.

This experience has been great thus far! My therapist Ben has been very helpful and knowledgeable. He explains the reasoning behind every exercise. When you have an injury it will be a process and not overnight. He is very patient with me as well. He has helped me a lot. I am thankful to have him helping me.
