We strive to deliver exceptional physical therapy by making our services available and accessible to our patients nearby, within their communities.  We love being close to our patients!

At our clinic, we go out of our way to make your physical rehabilitation and recovery a great experience. You can see us with or without a prescription from your doctor! If you see us first, we can provide you with a complimentary injury screening or refer you to a great physician, if necessary. We know your time is valuable, so to make you wait as little as possible we even offer appointments within 24 hours of your first phone call. We’ll also do everything in our power to accommodate your busy schedule.

I can’t rave enough about Ivy and the PTs they staff. I came in as a 26 year old with hip pain determined to run a marathon. Without the help from Dr. Megan and Dr. Mike, I wouldn’t be healthy enough to do this. Their hands on approach has allowed me to continue to do the things I love to do. They have an immense amount of knowledge and each have their own specialities that allow them to help all of their patients. In addition, the office is inviting and friendly. They care for you, ask questions, and genuinely want to know about you. They also give you candy if you ask nicely enough. (:

I am so grateful to Megan and Mike at Ivy Rehab for helping me recover from a shoulder injury and neck strain. They were both so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They always patiently answered my many questions about what was going on with my body. They encouraged me to strengthen my weak shoulder and neck muscles to prevent re-injury while also guiding me to take it easy on days when my injury had flared up. Importantly, both Mike and Megan always had an upbeat attitude and showed that they cared about me as a patient AND as a person. From day one of treatment, it felt like I had a partner who cared just as much as I did about returning to the lifestyle I wanted. Let me start of my saying that wherever Gabby goes I follow. She is absolutely amazing at her job. At my very young age of 22 I had chronic hip pain that was constantly a bother and made me feel like I was 96 years old. I went with Gabby after seeing all the reviews that she has and let me tell you the hype is real! Gabby knows her stuff. On the very first visit she was able to address the cause of my pain and knew exactly how to target it. After a couple weeks of being consistent with her instructions, my pain actually went away. Months later and the pain has not returned so millions kudos to her for fixing me! She was so welcoming, instructive, and knowledgeable. Every visit was worth it not just because I could feel with every session that I was getting better but also because she was such a joy to be around. She guided me through every exercise, encouraged me when I was beat and didn’t feel like continuing, and was actively attentive! Gabby is exceptional at her job and if ever again I need PT I know exactly who I’m going to!

I came to Excel with persistent neck pain and strength loss in my left shoulder and arm. Gabby was my physical therapist and she has been tremendous. She helps me work through simple exercises to regain my strength, provide neck massages to ease with neck pain and instruction on what neck stretching exercises I should do at home. Fast forward 3 months, my body is back to whole again. I’m very happy I went to excel!

I've been to Excel - Business District twice over the past 12-months for two separate issues (first was neck then shoulders). My physician recommended Brad because of his McKenzie certification (a specialty method that my doctor thought I would benefit from). I am very fortunate to have been recommended to Brad. My first session for each round of therapy started with not only a very comprehensive evaluation, but a digestible and visual explanation of what was wrong and how we were going to work on fixing it. Every session afterwards included a hands-on component and then strength building/stretching. After my very first session for my neck, my rotation increased exponentially. Brad gives you about 10 minutes worth of 'homework' to do between sessions which is just enough that it doesn't become a chore. I'd never been too keen on PT prior to working with Brad, but I am a total convert and evangelize it to as many people as I can. My neck and shoulder feel great, and it's been over a year since my initial therapy. Before PT I could barely sit at the dinner table without terrible neck pain or barely hold a bag of groceries without awful shoulder pain. Today, I feel nothing and it's such a relief. Besides Brad being a great PT, his clinic is clean, spacious, and the staff is extremely friendly. Someone always greets you and makes you feel welcomed. The model of this clinic is not to get as many patients in the door as possible; rather, you get undivided attention and focus during your session. Since COVID they have been militant about social distancing, wiping down everything, wearing masks, hand sanitizing, etc.

I can't say enough nice things. I saw Dawson (middle name, first is Robert) and he was great. Very patient with someone new to PT, gentle when possible but also pushes you hard to get results. Great personality and sense of humor too. The receptionists were extremely nice, and funny too. While my insurance sucks and cut me off early, Dawson listened to my explanations of pain carefully and by the end I left feeling 90% better than when I walked in. PT is no pleasure cruise but I kind of miss going. He left me with a detailed excersize regime to do at home to continue improvements and an appointment to spare if I care to return for follow up. I'm sure all their therapists are great, but I want to give personal thanks to Dawson. It was worth every gruelling moment :)

The Business District location in particular has exceptional staff that are welcoming, kind, and top-notch professionals. I especially want to recognize the talented therapist I’ve been working with for several months now, Gabby. She is empathetic, kind, sensitive, and works hard to create a unique treatment for each of her patients. She not only does excellent evaluation of whatever is bothering you, she provides plenty of options and if one approach is not working, others arecalways available. This location was a very comfortable environment to have physical therapy done. Gabby did a great job working with me, and I could tell she was paying close attention to detail with my progress and with planning around what I specifically needed. I had a lot of tightness in one leg to the point that certain exercises to strengthen my other leg wouldn’t do it because my dominant side would take over, but Gabby was always ready with alternate methods to try until something worked out and with her guidance I was able to “graduate” from PT and regain balance.

I have been going to Excel Physical Therapy-Business District for about six weeks now as part of my recovery from a broken ankle and surgery (proud owner of 7 screws and a plate). I am working with Dawson and it is a wonderful experience. I feel that Dawson really listened to my recovery goals and created a consistent plan for me to get back to where I was before my injury. He is always open to answer all the questions I have about the strange things my ankle does and listens to how I am feeling that particular day. The space as a whole is also very bright and welcoming, good tunes to keep me motivated on the bike, with welcoming staff and consistently well stocked candy bowl.

I have been going to Excel PT ever since I developed bursitis in my hip. As a nurse, it was very important to me that I be able to walk and do other related tasks without pain because of my physically demanding job. From day one, I was treated with respect and all my concerns were addressed. When exercises were implemented into my plan, my physical therapist always evaluated with me to see if it was helping with my progression. I have worked with Joe, Gabby, and Dawson. Dawson has been my main physical therapist. They are all seasoned professionals who know what they're doing.
