Where We’re Located

We are located in Kokomo, IN in Howard County. Our location is on East Boulevard. We are in the Kohl’s Plaza next to TJ Maxx and Old Navy. We love being close to our patients!

We go above and beyond when it comes to the treatment of our young patients. Our goal is to make their experience as close to “playtime” as possible. Our specially-trained pediatric therapists work one-on-one with our young patients to help them, encourage progress, and form lasting bonds. In addition, we work closely with physicians, parents, caregivers, and teachers with a collaborative approach to care to facilitate great clinical and functional outcomes. Our therapists work closely with each patient to create the best, individualized recovery plan.  We are dedicated to helping children reach their full potential, faster!

Our clinic provides pediatric therapy in a caring environment with one-on-one attention. Our licensed therapists are committed to quality care. My daughter started here about 6 months ago. The progress we’ve seen is phenomenal! She loves coming to Ivy Rehab and cannot wait to go back with her therapist. It’s not just her that loves to go back. You can watch the other kids light up when their therapist come out to greet them. The therapist are well trained, knowledgeable and always willing to help. They take their time explaining what happen that day and what to work on at home. I would highly recommend this place. It’s been such a great experience from the evaluation process, therapist, front desk to just the atmosphere of Ivy rehab. 5 stars ⭐️ isn’t high enough rating. I give a 10 star 💫

Amazing! The staff is awesome! They're really good about scheduling, updates, and keeping things on time. All of the therapists are amazing with our son, he goes in for occupational, speech, and physical therapy. He has made so many strides and improvements. Miss Mallory loves going to Ivy Rehab for kids. She has made so much progress since we started going here. Speech and OT has worked miracles for us. We have (repeatedly) seen Amanda, Erin, Josie, and Christian. Every single person that has helped Mallory has made an impact in her life and progress. We LOVE Anne, Nikki, and Meghan! My twin boys come here twice a week for physical therapy and they love playing with the girls and I love chatting with them. They truly care about their patients and it shows in all they do! They are so knowledge and always make themselves available to answer questions/concerns. They (and Suzy!) even help bring in the boys and help take them back out to the car after our apts.. they’re the sweetest!

My duaghter has special needs and this place is a huge answer to prayer for us. To say pediatric special needs services are in short supply in North Central Indiana is an understatement and Ivy for kids has stepped up to the plate and overcame my expectations. They go above and beyond to make sure my child receives the services she needs. The atmosphere is clean and the workers are friendly. My wife and i take 3 of our kids to Ivy kids, and they love it! We have done occupational,speech, and physical therapy with our kids and they have improved SOO MUCH with all the therapists help. I can’t imagine where my kids would be at progress wise without ivy kids! We HIGHLY recommend them!!!

My daughter has been a patient of Nikki Coomer for physical therapy. She is the most compassionate and caring P.T. I’ve ever met. My daughter learned to crawl and walk under her care and I left with a new friend. We now see Rachel for speech therapy and love her enthusiasm and love for her patients. Great experience every time. Everyone is very friendly. They all appear to love the children they work with and take a genuine interest in them. I appreciate that this is not an easy job and takes a toll on the therapists physically, However, they always have a smile for all. Thank you to all of the therapists for your love and dedication to the kids, and thanks to the support staff for keeping up with all the schedules, etc. And a special thank you to Nikki who has worked with my granddaughter for several years.
