Where We’re Located

We are located in King of Prussia, PA in Montgomery County. Our location is less than a mile from the Valley Forge Casino Resort. We love being close to our patients!

We go above and beyond when it comes to the treatment of our young patients. Our goal is to make their experience as close to “playtime” as possible. Our specially-trained pediatric therapists work one-on-one with our young patients to help them, encourage progress, and form lasting bonds. In addition, we work closely with physicians, parents, caregivers, and teachers with a collaborative approach to care to facilitate great clinical and functional outcomes. Our clinic provides pediatric therapy in a caring environment with one-on-one attention. Our licensed therapists are committed to quality care. We are here to help with a wide range of needs. Our compassionate team is dedicated to helping your child achieve their goals and their full potential.

Our skilled staff provides individualized treatment plans specifically for your child’s needs and development. Whether it’s improving sensory processing skills, feeding therapy, concussion management, handwriting, mobility, self-regulation, developmental delays, motor coordination, social skills, or other needs, our compassionate team specializes in a variety of pediatric conditions and is dedicated to helping your child achieve their goals. We also have an Amplified Musculoskeletal Pain Syndrome Program (AMPS). We are proud of our comprehensive programs and services which allow our team to create a customized plan unique to your child’s needs.

We would highly recommend Ivy Rehab for kids in King of Prussia! My son went for OT and the progress he made was amazing. He consistently saw Ms Elaine and Ms Kaitlyn, who were both amazing. But even if he had another therapist fill in one day, the communication between the therapists was great and they knew exactly where he was in his plan. His sessions were always fun and he loved going. Ms Elana who runs the front desk was always so warm and welcoming, and very easy to work with for scheduling and insurance needs. We have only positive things to say! Great place to take your child for therapy needs.

Both of my kids have gone to Ivy Rehab. One for OT and one for speech. All of the therapists we’ve worked with have been amazing. They are super accommodating and take several insurances.They have evening appointments which isconvenient, and they allow some virtual appointments for speech which has come in handy.Thank you, Ivy Rehab!

I would highly recommend Ivy Rehab for Kids in KOP for anyone looking for quality pediatric therapies! The facility is incredibly clean and appropriate for all ages. The front desk is run by Elana who is a wizard when it comes to insurance and accommodates families with kindness and efficiency. The staff there are experts in their fields and you know that they really care about your kiddo. They're truly partner with parents and want the best for you kiddo as much as you do. My son has been receiving PT services for a long time with Miss Janelle. We would not be where we are without her. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

5 stars all the way. Everyone here is amazing! Their coordinator, Elana, is wonderful. She so responsive when trying to get in touch, schedule appointments, work with your insurance, etc. We’ve worked with two therapists (Elaine & Kaitlyn) for feeding OT. My son has made so many strides because of their care, patience, and expertise. They are just phenomenal!

This clinic has a great team of therapists and front desk staff! My son has been working with Miss Sabrina for speech. She is thorough, kind and great with him. I would highly recommend this site for pediatric PT, OT or speech therapy.

This was the second summer my son received speech services from Sabrina at Ivy Rehab. She was very knowledgeable and made speech sessions fun! My son made so much progress he was discharged from services. He enjoyed it to much- he was sad when we told him that he graduated from speech!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Ivy Rehab! My son has been working with Ms. Elaine for OT and Ms. Sabrina for Speech and has been making great progress. Both have taken the time to get to know him - what he likes & dislikes, what works & what doesn’t and incorporate that into each & every session - so much so, he never wants to leave! They always have such great advice, recommendations & tips. It’s always a pleasant experience. Also, Elana, who works at the front desk, is so easy to work with. She’s very accommodating & we have never had any scheduling issues. Overall, Ivy Rehab is an amazing place for anyone looking for experienced, attentive & caring therapists!

Nothing but Amazing things to say about the team at Ivy Rehab for kids! We have seen such great improvements with my son’s speech thanks to Ms. Sabrina. She makes each session fun and engaging for my son. She focuses on his needs and creates goals that are monitored each session and updated as needed. She gives great suggestions for activities and ways to incorporate practice at home as well. Highly recommend!
