About Us

We go above and beyond when it comes to the treatment of our young patients. Our goal is to make their experience as close to “playtime” as possible. Our specially-trained pediatric therapists work one-on-one with our young patients to help them, encourage progress, and form lasting bonds. In addition, we work closely with physicians, parents, caregivers, and teachers with a collaborative approach to care to facilitate great clinical and functional outcomes. Our therapists work closely with each patient to create the best, individualized recovery plan. We are dedicated to helping children reach their full potential, faster!

True professionals who are patient, educated experts who make learning and development fun. My 4 year old will sometimes give me a hard time going to school or sports, but when it comes to speech practice with Miss Sammy, he doesn’t hesitate! Incredible to see creative & strategic teaching skills/therapy make such a huge difference and in such a short time. As a teacher, I am so grateful for the extra support Ivy Rehab has been able to provide. Even the front desk staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. I stayed on their waitlist for a while and so thrilled that I did!! Thank you all for loving my kiddo!

From the girls at the front desk to our speech therapists, everyone has been so nice and accommodating! Liz, Jenny, and Sammy have gone out their way to make sure my son thrives in his speech journey. Giving us pointers and ideas for home as well as tailored to his personality and learning style. Definitely recommend!

I love the Frontdesk people it is Tameka and Amanda.Very patient and nice.My daughter has speech with Jenny and Liz.She is so happy to come we drive for 45min. She does not mind the drive. We come 2 time a week.

It might seem weird to say you love a therapy center, but we do. Children’s Therapy Center has been working with our daughter for over a year, initially for Speech and OT and after a short wait list… PT. During that time we have seen her abilities with speech and gross and fine motor improve and she has gained confidence with their steady support. The therapists are amazing, they really work WITH you. Having had the gamut of medical office and insurance experiences…their front office staff is beyond helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. And last but not least, their new location is wonderful. Lots of space, different room options and quality equipment. CTC is like family to us, cheesy I know… but it’s true.

I cannot say enough good things about the CTC Gainesville staff! I have two young children (ages 1 and 3) who have been receiving services for a total of 7 therapy sessions a week for the past year, which is a lot to manage. Tamika and Amanda at the front desk go out of their way to schedule our appointment times to overlap and not run into nap time—this is next level customer service. When it comes to therapy, my kids are always excited to “go play.” They look forward to seeing everyone, but especially Sarah and Jodi for PT and Alyssa for OT, because these therapists have invested so much of themselves in my kids. They’ve pushed them to do really hard things, but have been right beside them providing support, encouragement, and some good belly laughs along the way. I am incredibly grateful for CTC and would highly recommend them.

I absolutely love bringing my child to this center and specially to this location. Tamika and Amanda always go above and beyond scheduling our weekly appointments—specially with our limited availability. Whenever I have questions or I need to make changes, both ladies always do their best to help me. Both are always smiling and kind; they always make us feel welcomed. As for the therapists, my child has worked with different ones in the center. One of our favorite ones is Alyssa for OT. She’s knowledge, highly qualified, a great listener and an expert in her field. We’ve been coming to the center for close to two years now and my child continues making great progress both in OT and Speech due to the expertise of the professionals in this location. My child has hit many milestones and made great progress thanks to their support. As for my child, OT and Speech are appointments that he always looks forward to attending. His time at this center has been a nurturing, safe space for him.

Our daughter has been receiving physical, occupational and speech therapy services at the Childrens therapy Center since the fall of 2017. All of their highly trained therapists have been pivotal in helping her achieve all of her milestones throughout her earlier years. She continues to attend CTC 1-2x per week in order to meet her current goals. The difference between CTC and other clinics in the area is that they are truly working with you as a team to navigate the best way to achieve each child’s individual needs. I never feel like i am alone when I’m faced with a difficult situation. I bring it to the therapists and we work together to develop an appropriate plan to support my child. The front desk staff is top notch. The ladies are super friendly and have always gone above and beyond to help with anything we have needed. Our daughter loves going to CTC because she feels the love from each and every dedicated staff member. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do for our little girl.

All the therapists here are amazing and wonderful. My son ( Dylan ) started when he was 2 1/2 years old when he was diagnostic with ASD now he’s almost 8 years. His progress is amazing . I really felt supported from the all CTC team. For me it’s very easy to set up appointments because the front staff Tamika and Amanda are the best with their great communication and they are very friendly. I’m feel like family here. We are very happy with the services provided by Children’s Learning Therapy. The speech and occupational therapists are professional, caring, and tailoring to the needs of my child. The administrative staff is very nice and welcoming, its very easy to setup appointments, etc. Thank you!

The CTC has been a wonderful experience for my son. The staff, therapists and receptionists, are professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring and communicative. We have built a great relationship with the therapists that work with my son. He has shown tremendous growth through thoughtful, personal care plans created by the team. The care plans are reviewed and updated with us regularly. My husband and I appreciate the support and efforts of all the CTC staff over the last two years we have worked together. Thank you!

All the therapists here are fabulous. They're caring, they offer real ideas.. my son started when he was 5months old, after a brain injury, and he's now 3. We've met and worked with everyone, and we love them all! I really felt supported as a mom, and he has allways been excited to go, and sad to leave. Seriously, when we reached major mile stones, we all cried!!The staff is VERY knowledgable in regards to supportive equipment, able to discuss ideas, options, pros and cons.Scheduling is pretty easy, there's great communication between the therapists and the front staff. Everyone works really well together.Great spot. We were really blessed to find such a gem

Tameka the front office coordinator is absolutely amazing!! She is so organized with her scheduling capabilities. She consistently is able to get us in on times that work best with our hectic schedule. My son attends OT, PT & Speech here and although we haven’t been there long I feel that for the most part all the therapists are doing a great job with Trent. I would prefer if the therapists would be more structured in their communication amongst each other in regards to positive reinforcement treats for their clients. My son is 4 years old, Autistic and has a developmental delay. He has been attending therapies such as these since he was 15 months old in 3 different states now and EVERY single therapy center he has ever been ALWAYS gives a sticker or a pop at the end of his services. This was the same here until our last session. That session at the end as he was excited to pick out his color for his pop, the therapist told him that was “only if you reached your goal”, which of course he has no idea what that even means, he’s 4! It was upsetting for my son who thought he didn’t do good enough, wasn’t behaved enough to get a pop. I was extremely frustrated that the therapists don’t set a standard amongst the team that works in this clinic so that it is uniform throughout. It seems like such a small thing, but for a little guy who look forwards to his pop at the end of every session it was met with sadness. I will forever now carry the “dummy” brand pops in my purse from this point on so he doesn’t have to go through this again! Tameka, however saved the day after I called later that day to express how distraught my son had been after our session. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt better about the situation and to make sure my concerns would go to the right person. Tameka is the light of this office she’s always smiling, always willing to help with scheduling and truly knows the definition of customer service. We love you Tameka!!!

Great for OT and PT. My son (5yo) did OT there for a year and a half and did PT for 6 months, and my daughter (2yo) did PT for about 2 months at the Gainesville office. The therapists he worked with most often, Stacie Argade (OT) and Ashley (PT) are fantastic. Stacie is like a warm hug: always smiling and positive, gentle and encouraging. My son adores her. Ashley (PT) is energetic, positive, and brilliant, and provides a great balance between fun activities and challenges. They have helped my son in so many areas relating to his autism. They know what a child should be capable of developmentally and how to help them improve in fun and intrinsically motivating ways. They let the child lead the activities if they become disengaged, and find ways to incorporate their goals into the child-led activities, then gently steer the child back to non-preferred tasks.Our sessions have been done over zoom since March, and they did a great job of finding activities that we could do at home to continue our therapy uninterrupted. I facilitated the appointments by helping my son focus and demonstrating what they wanted him to do, and the OT therapist provided materials that were requested via e-mail the day before. I loved that we could safely help him continue to grow.They genuinely love the kids they treat, they meet the kids where they are, and they rejoice in their successes. I am so thankful for their help and guidance.

The therapists here are talented, knowledgeable and above all kind. My son has made tremendous progress over the past year at the Children's Therapy Center. He met all his age appropriate goals and today was his last day of therapy :) Everyone had a role to play in my son’s progress but we would like to especially thank Ms. Stacie, Ms. Samantha and Ms. Chloe. Tameka and the front desk staff also deserve a special shout out for being awesome and helpful. I highly recommend Children’s Therapy Center and I wish everyone the very best.

I cannot say enough positive things about The Children's Therapy Center!Tameka always has a smile on her face, is welcoming and does a wonderful job scheduling appointments that fit my schedule!Ashley is my daughters PT person! The knowledge this woman has is amazing! She does a very detailed evaluation, explains things not only to me, but my daughter and does fun activites to improve her strength!
