We are located in Fenton, MI in Genesee County. We are located at the corner of Grant and Rounds Drive. We love being close to our patients!

Our specially-trained pediatric therapists work one-on-one with our young patients to help them, encourage progress, and form lasting bonds. In addition, we work closely with physicians, parents, caregivers, and teachers with a collaborative approach to care to facilitate great clinical and functional outcomes. My son saw Jeane for PT and Michelle and Brittany for OT. All therapist are extremely knowledgeable and caring! I was provided with multiple at home activities to do in between sessions which we still do now that he has been discharged. The best part was that my son really enjoyed going, the staff makes it fun and we saw great improvement.

Took my now 8 month old here for OT and they were great with her we started out with Michelle tallman and ended with her daughter Haylee tallman & they were so patient with my baby who literally just wanted to scream and cry the whole time. Defiantly a great place to go to they're understanding and most importantly they celebrate even just the littlest accomplishments defiantly highly recommend.

My teen daughter has Tourette Syndrome (TS). We were referred to Mary Tallman for OT by her Neurologist. We didn't go into OT with high expectations or a lot of hope, but we were willing to try. Mary made my daughter feel comfortable and understood. Mary was the first professional we worked with, other than her Neurologist, that seemed to really understand TS. Mary didn't work on changing my child, instead she worked on teaching my child how to live with TS and gave her a toolbox to dig into to help herself when needed. She didn't treat my daughter or her TS as a problem that needed to be solved and that was so refreshing! If you are considering Mary Tallman and Ivy Rehab for kids don't hesitate, you wont regret it.

My son has been going to ivy rehab for kids Fenton for speech and occupational therapy since November last year. My son went from not being able to say the word tornado to making complete sentences in less than a year! He has an excellent relationship with Gabby his speech therapist, and Katie his occupational therapist. He is always excited to go to therapy and has come so far. I especially like that his schedule is the same every week so there is no confusion. All the staff behind the counter have been really nice and helpful. Billing is impeccable.

My son has has been coming here after seeing a few different OT’s and PT’s in Grand Blanc. Most places treat you like a number and don’t care about meeting the child’s needs. From our first visit it was clear they cared and would be working with us to help our child.The results from Michelle at Ivy has made a huge difference. I wish we didn’t waste years going to other places. I would highly advise coming here and giving your kids the best service with talented professionals who understand special needs and work with the family every step of the way.

So much love for this place! Very clean and my kids love being there. My son goes for OT, Speech, and he Graduated from PT. Everyone is so friendly and they really get to know the kids, to be able to help them the best way possible. I love that I have the option to be present through his therapies, so we can build on those skills together at home. The times we can't come into the office, we still have the option to switch to Telehealth and even that has worked so well for us. So thankful for Ivy Rehab for Kids and their wonderful staff!

We started at another place and had the worst experience then we found ivy rehab and it was the greatest blessing to our family! We are currently getting OT, will be starting PT and had a speech evaluation and I can say everyone has been so kind, they listen to your concerns, love the way they work with my son and Nicole at the front desk and who’s set all our appointments has been phenomenal! The place is also clean and looks fun that even my ten year old son who just came to watch his brother was just dying to play! I’m so glad we found ivy rehab!

Our little guy lives with turrets, and suffers from ticks. His neurologist suggested a new treatment that helps to relieve him of most of his issues through occupational therapy. We've been bringing him to Ivy Rehab for a few months now, and their work with my son has helped him greatly. The staff is very professional, and truly care about children. My three-year old has a speech delay due to early deafness, and he initially attended two sessions weekly. We went from no verbalization to half a dozen consonant sounds and a few vowel sounds in less than three months. He is still showing progress attending once a week, now up to a few full words and some alternative communication methods (ASL, a picture/word book). He usually has some parental attachment issues, but loves his speech therapists, and we have not had any issues leaving him alone with them so we don't distract them. Once each session is complete, the therapist briefs the parents on what they worked on and what we can work on at home. The therapists we have worked with have been extremely friendly and capable, and they make sure to get parental input before engaging in any alternative communication methods with which parents may not be comfortable.
