I'm forever grateful for Park Sports PT. I attended this location for a back and ankle injury , and each time they delivered superior service. The therapist and staff are professional, knowledgeable, kind and always treated me with respect.
Genyais the best 👌 👍 😍
This is a great PT studio with helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. I had particularly good experiences with Genya, Ashley, and Gordon. Less than eight weeks into therapy and my back pain has gone from a 5/10 to a 1/10. Talk about improvement!
I am in my fourth week of physical therapy and I am very satisfied with the experience. I found the therapist very professional. I am very happy with the routine of exercises and the results obtained so far.
I started PT here in March for ACL surgery prehab from a sports injury. Over the course of 3-weeks Ashley got my range of motion back, strength up and swelling down so I was ready for surgery. Not only did Ashley help me physically prepare for surgery, but she also did a great job getting me mentally prepared for post surgery as well. Recovery from knee surgery is very painful and difficult, but with her help I knew what to expect. I feel that I’m making the right progress post surgery with Ashley’s guidance; as I’m already off crutches just a few weeks after ACL reconstruction and a torn meniscus reattachment. She takes the time to understand her patients and what they need given their personalities and specific circumstances. When needed, Ashley is pushes me further than I would on my own. But it’s always in an encouraging and supportive way. I've had PTs before that let you plateau on your progress, but that has never been a concern of mine when working with Ashley over the last 2 months.I’m glad I came to this location for my prehab and post-op. Its a very friendly environment and I truly look forward to going to PT.
Grateful to have started my physical therapy routine here at park sports. Therapists are al very attentive and supportive when assisting with my weekly routines even at their busiest hours. Scheduling availability is flexible and they keep in mind to assign one therapist to work with you for a period to maintain consistency, which I appreciate.
Parks sport Clinton Hill was there when I was in serious hip pain. The free evaluation allowed me to quickly evaluate if I needed PT and seek the right help for my issue. I was also able to use direct access to start PT immediately and not delay my healing.Matt has been a patient and lovely therapist as well as the rest of the team. The space is clean, the people are friendly and the mood is chill and upbeat. All of these things have made it easier and more enjoyable to do my PT despite the painful circumstances. The appointment times and hours are flexible and I never leave feeling worse about my condition. Thanks to PT I have made immense progress in my injury. I cannot recommend enough seeking help here if you are injured or in pain from Park sports Clinton Hill.
The Park Sports PT team is fantastic for rehabbing injuries! The space and equipment are great for PT exercises
Excellent service; wonderful occupational therapist, Leslie Bell, who helped me recover from a thumb injury.
I have been dealing with chronic tennis elbow for almost a year and went to two different physical therapy practices before coming to Park Sports. Park Sports is hands down the most organized, friendly, and professional physical therapy practice I've been to. I've made more progress in my journey to being pain-free in 6 weeks here than months at the other places. My physical therapist has been Matt M., who is attentive, a good listener, and always remembers where things are at in your progress. My experience with the rest has of the staff has also been a pleasure. Great place, highly recommend!
I went to Matt for some elbow pain and he was really attentive and effective. During the first visit he thoroughly examined me and figured out a treatment plan. During every visit he gave a healing massage and oversaw my exercise plan. My elbow is now pain free and much stronger. Could not recommend this place and Matt enough
Nice, quiet, and clean. The staff here is awesome, too!!!
Professional and tailored to your particular health issue rather than cookie cutter exercise program.
Love this place! My PT Jannise has been incredibly kind and patient throughout my journey there.
I am so grateful to the staff at PSPT. I tried PT sessions with a different provider for my significant back pain without results so I was skeptical about trying it again, but my sessions here have made SUCH a difference. The therapists and staff are all friendly, patient and extremely skilled. They took the time to understand my situation and target the root cause of my pain, and I'm delighted with the improvement it's made thus far. I definitely would recommend 100%!
Maica is a great PT!!
The therapists are all excellent.
Highly recommend them. The staff is very caring and knows what they're doing. The overall vibe is great, relaxed but focused. You'll feel completely unjudged and supported. The exercises have helped me a lot, and you can probably just find them online yourself, but you'd miss out on the expertise of the evaluation and tailored approach of your therapy. Give them a shot.I worked with mostly Conner and also with Genya, they were both great.
I’ve suffered with knee pain and sciatica for years and received physical therapy for both. I’d never really felt any improvement…until now. PSPT came highly recommended by a PA at the neurosurgeon’s office, and with good reason. The facility itself is great: clean, conveniently located, and no climbing a bunch of steps or taking an elevator. They also play good music, which is an added bonus. Connor, the therapist who works with me, is attentive and pushes me while also being sensitive to my particular limitations. I’m very pleased with their service, and recommend them without reservations.
Leslie Bell, the hand specialist/occupational therapist at the Fulton street location, is a miracle worker. After nearly a year of pain and loss of work due to tendinitis, Leslie restored the mobility and function in my arm. I am an artist so not only do I make a living with my hands, but the ability to create also deeply affects my well-being. Leslie was sensitive to the mental toll that injury can take, striking a balance between compassion, positivity and optimism, and realness. I felt reassured that if I kept showing up, kept doing my exercises and caring for my arm, it would get better. After about 5 months in her care, it did.The facility is small, just one big room, but has natural light, is clean, feels spacious and is never crowded. I felt safe covid-wise. Highly recommend it.Thank you Leslie!!
Great space, great staff. Recommended!
First time in the neighborhood
Always happy with the results of my visits.
Being active while aging, I've sought treatment from Patrick Nichols at Park Sports Physical Therapy's Fulton Street clinic in Clinton Hill for different injuries to different body parts on different occasions over three years, the first time for post-operative physical therapy. He is, as always, expert, thorough, professional, kind, and knowledgeable, and each time I leave pain free, with greater knowledge, awareness, and mobility. As a practitioner he inspires me in my recovery, as does the overall vibe of the clinic he runs with great efficiency. Added bonus: really good music.
great job
So glad I found this place for my husband. Convenient and PT Stephen is amazing. He is very patient and professional, never rushed. Evening hours are great!
Helpful front desk, clean and organized office, sweet and helpful staff that pushed me!
Park Sports is great! The staff deal with courtesy, professionalism, & respect... They pinpoint the problem & deal with you head on, they give you exercise that targets the affected area, and things that you can do at home as well...
This is by far the most efficient PT experiences I’ve had. I have worked with Genya at the Clinton Hill location on my shoulder and on both feet & ankles. It’s clean, comfortable, well managed and all of the therapist are well trained, experienced and have great bedside manner. I trust them implicitly and highly recommend!
Incredible therapists! I have been going here for 4 weeks so far and absolutely love it. Staff is very friendly, kind, helpful. Therapists understand your pain and guide you to the wellness.
I’ve been working with Patrick since February 2020. Throughout 2020, both in person, virtual and back to in person - he always provided 100% top notch care. And when I needed to return to him this year, the consistency remained. Patrick and the team at Park Sports PT are fantastic professionals who pride themselves on their care for clients. I highly suggest them for all of your physical therapist needs.
They’re good with scheduling. I went to see Katie in the beginning then she was no longer working there. I work with Genya now and she’s fantastic. She is super friendly, she always uses the full hour, she knows the best course of treatment for my injury.
Great service and PT specialists! I love it here!
Great and helpful staff has totally fixed my back pain!
I had a shoulder injury and was postponing doing PT for over a year. I met with Genya and absolutely loved working with her. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and carefully listens/asks questions to know how I am feeling and how to best offer support. Genya and the team's dedication are beyond words. During the height of covid, they were working so hard to support patients and maintain a safe and friendly environment.
Park Sports physical therapy helped me greatly! The Fulton street location is efficiently run, safe and filled with talented and experienced therapists who really care. I worked with Katie Zhong who is excellent and highly skilled as well as very nice. Highly recommended.
I came in with a knee injury and worked with Adriannah Rodriguez for about four months. She is excellent. Very encouraging and thorough, making sure I was using proper form and showing me how to use other parts of my body like the core and hips to strengthen my knee and improve balance. She's so positive and not only showed me what to do, but helped my confidence immensely. I'm so grateful for her and Park Sports PT.
Very helpful
I tore my left ACL and had it repaired about a year ago. Patrick Nichols was with me pretty much literally from day 1, guiding my recovery. He tailored my exercise program to precisely what i wanted to get back to when i was at 100% (skiing and running). I was incredibly fortunate to be in his care and the rest of the awesome, accommodating staff at Park Sports. Abigail Smul stepped in midway through to help me via remote physical therapy sessions too, and she is just as awesome. I just went skiing this past weekend and felt great!! Having gone through the Fulton St Park Sports' program and care, I feel stronger than i did pre-tear. Can't recommend this clinic enough.
I worked with Dr. Genya Royfman to rehabilitate my shoulder. She along with the staff were amazing and my shoulder is good to go. I'll definitely come back here if/when I need something rehabilitated.
I had frozen shoulder. I could not lift my right arm above shoulder height. I couldn't wash my hair! Today I finished my last session with Genya and happy to say I have almost total movement back. I can do anything I did before the injury. She worked me hard, but it was fun too. I'm going to miss the conversation! Thank you Genya!
I saw Katie for an old running injury in my knee that flared up again during pregnancy. She was empathetic, knowledgeable and supportive in all of our sessions. She watched closely to ensure my form was correct and was comfortable giving feedback when I needed to do something differently. This resulted in a ton of progress rather quickly -- I felt almost complete relief from my pain in a matter of weeks. Scheduling was easy and my visits to Park Sports PT were always pleasant. Highly recommend!
I saw Katie for Achilles tendinopathy and repeated ankle sprains. She was excellent: very knowledgeable, competent, encouraging and supportive. She corrected my form during exercises and explained why certain exercises were so important. My symptoms have improved and I'm back to running again! All the physical therapists there seem very competent, fun and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend Park Sports PT.
I really wish I could give a place more than 5 stars. After surgery I was so scared to find a physical therapist and go through the recovery of a shoulder injury! When I had my first appointment I felt welcome and was motivated to get better!!Genya as well as the other staff there really want to help you improve and get back moving! Everyone is always helpful and in a positive mood. I always look forward to coming in and putting in work. The weekend and evening hours are great!
I worked with Patrick Nichols to get back into running shape after a quad/knee injury. Patrick was overall fantastic. Super knowledgeable. Great listener. Attentive. Excellent explanations of anatomy. Always on time and proactive about scheduling upcoming visits especially around holidays.
Patrick saved my knee after I had a really nasty spill this summer on my bike. Because of Covid I couldn’t get into the city to see my usual PT, but boy oh boy am I happy that I found Park Sports. Great neighborhood location with super friendly and thoughtful staff. The place is really clean and following all Covid protocols, taking temperatures, hand sanitizer. The level of care is top notch and I will continue to go here as long as I live in Brooklyn. Would give 10 stars if I could!
Great experience. Worked mostly with Katie this time. She was terrific - attentive and thorough in the sessions, always responsive via email if ever I had a question. In general the Clinton Hill PSPT has a skilled, friendly staff and a nice facility. They made sure I was healed-up and good to go.
Great Therapist!
If you're looking for one of those physical therapy offices that just spend half an hour massaging you and then going through some exercises with you once and never again, you should steer clear. If instead you're looking for actual results among a team of physical therapist with amazing understanding of the body and how it works, then I cannot recommend this place enough. I had a very complicated spine issue which required multiple surgeries, and there's no way I'd be making such great progress without Genya and Patrick's help.
Excellent experience! This place is very professional! The administrative staff is very accommodating, responsive, friendly and helpful when it comes to scheduling and any other questions/issues or requests you might have. I worked with a couple of therapists during my treatment. Both were great, knowledgeable, caring and consistently diligent in helping with my challenging therapy. Besides, it was a pleasure just to be around them and talk to them. I would highly recommend this place! Thank you!
I was diagnosed with rotator cuff tendinitis approximately 2 months ago, and my orthopedic surgeon recommended Park Sports Physical Therapy. When I began treatment, I could barely lift my arm above my head. After bi-weekly treatment with Genya Royfman PT, DPT I now have full range of motion, good shoulder strength and no pain. Genya’s stretching and strengthening program was systematic and each session built on the last. She provided exercises at home, which helped me along with my progress. Also Genya offered evening and weekend hours. On a day, when Genya was not available I was treated by Katie (QZ). Katie is also extremely skilled and she an Genya collaborate well. Genya, Katie and the entire team are personable, professional and capable. I am grateful to Genya for facilitating my timely recovery.
I feel really lucky that I ended up working with the PTs at Park Sports at this location. I came in with the after effects of a very serious injury. It took almost a year of hard work on both sides, but I am now able to exercise and move in ways I thought were over for me. The time, thought and focus that they put into my rehab is beyond anything I have seen at any other PT facility. I primarily worked with Patrick, but had excellent experiences with the other PTs as well. My father recently started seeing Abbe for tele-PT during Covid, and she has been wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend. They have been keeping fewer people in the facility due to Covid, but I hope they are able to bring back their admin staff soon!
Went here for an injured/frozen shoulder. Genya Royfman was great and the facilities were clean and well equipped. I would definitely recommend.
Go see Genya Royfman everybody when I say if your recovering from a surgery, or injury that required rehabilitation, or if you just need help getting your range of motion back she is the truth. I’m 2 months post op and back riding my bike as my primary form of transportation , jogging to help get back to running but most of all I’m able to live my life as though I never had the injury. I went from wondering if yo knowing my Knee injury was just a set back instead of permanently life altering injury. Thank you Genya and Park Sports
This place is fantastic. If you need physical therapy, this is the place to go, you will not be disappointed. And if you can get Patrick as your PT, consider yourself lucky. He's absolutely the best in his area of expertise. Nice, clean, quiet atmosphere. Believe me when I tell you, there's not one bad thing you can say about this place.
Park Sports is truly state-of-the-art, with everything you need- including an anti-gravity treadmill. I had an excellent experience with Genya Royfman. She understands the balance of treating her patients conservatively, keeping them safe, while simultaneously challenging her patients through progressing the program in ways that the body can handle and recover quickly.
Seriously impressed with quality of service I've experienced here. I'm a medical device engineer. I went to another physical therapist before my orthopedic surgeon referred me here. I've also gone to a physical therapist before in VA. Park Sports at this location is by far the BEST physical therapy location I HAVE EVER VISITED by far.I worked with Patrick, Dr. of PT, and he is very responsive, highly competent, humorous, respectful, forward thinking in his practice, focused on science based results instead of voodoo magic (like other PTs), has a deep and personal passion for what he does, he's incredibly easy to get along with, excellent emotional intelligence, and knows how to motivate someone. The most important aspects to me were how deeply knowledgeable he was and how altruistically passionate he is about his career by helping people - the rest just falls into place after that. Patrick is a bottomless well of knowledge so make the most of your time and ask questions until you are overflowing with knowledge to continue working on your health. Patrick was always extremely generous in multiple ways that I am only briefly touching on.The studio they practice in is also very well styled in a Brooklyn exposed brick vibe and equipped like an arsenal of healing equipment that seems bran-new. Cleanliness was always excellent. Even the music is always on point. The venue created the best atmosphere that motivated and focused me on the PT work.Getting unwell somehow is never fun however I looked forward to every visit I had. I've been healed, educated, and filled with confidence in my physical wellness. I have so much confidence in this staff and facility to give you whatever it is that you need and I encourage you to be inquisitive wherever possible when going here - you will get more out of your experience that way.Thank you for the experience, Park Sports. I wish I could return the favor in greater measure.
My first of many visits and they are wonderful and professional and really care for their patients.
I highly recommend Park Sports PT on Fulton Street. After running for about a year, I started to feel pain around my knee and was diagnosed with IT Band Syndrome. I was recommended to go to Park Sports and once I was there, Genya was able to get me started on my road to recovery. During each session, she would give me exercises and stretches that would focus on the IT band—very routine; however, the next session would consist of the same routine plus an additional exercise or increase in difficulty. I walked in thinking I was just going to get PT, but I walked out feeling not just better about my recover, but felt good because Genya was very approachable and caring to know how I was doing. I felt like I was part of a small community— I definitely enjoyed my time there.Scheduling an appointment there was pretty easy -- there's evening slots available for those who work during the day.
From personal experience most of the physical therapists including the receptionist are very polite, friendly and helpful. I have been to this place on two separate occasions in the last two years. The first time for a partial ACL tear: Joe was really supportive and he went out of his way to make PT fun (playing with a soccer ball as part of therapy). The second time was late 2019/ early 2020; I was there for IT Band Sydrome and Patrick did an awesome job in helping get back to running again. I was also seing by Genya and Andrea on two occasions and they are also very professional and knowledgeable, that's why I highly recommend this place and everyone there.
Personable and professional
They are very good and nice people
