I highly recommend Ivy Rehab in Brewster. Dr. Heidi is warm, caring, knowledgeable and funny. Her student assistants and Kayla are great. Heidi encourages you, without condemnation or judgment, to do exercises you didn't think you could manage . She makes sure you work up to your limit, but never over it. After one session at Ivy Rehab in Brewster, NY I knew that I had found the right place for my physical therapy needs. Everything I am asked to do comes with an explanation and a subsequent self-assessment follow-up question. I am never left alone to stretch, or do suggested exercises, but rather have someone looking over me at all times. I believe that Heidi and her staff have developed a paradigm for what physical therapy treatment and intervention ought to be.
Great staff, excellent attitude, very educational for me as a patient learning how to help make myself healthier. The PT I received added years to my life. Continuing outside of their office is easy, healthy and helpful for my continued recovery.

If you are looking for physical therapy, Ivy Rehab at 1 Starr Ridge Rd in Brewster NY is the place. Dr Heidi is the Best! She is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly--always attentive and focussed on the best possible exercises and therapies for your recovery and success. Her student physical therapists, Anthony and Lindsay, are also wonderful and Kayla at the front desk is ever helpful with scheduling, insurance, and billing. The facility is spacious, spotless, filled with natural light, and very well equipped. Every visit is a good workout and a pleasure!
I came with a pain on the top of my shoulder whenever I tried to raise weight over my head. The PT exercises that Dr. Heidi gave me strengthened the muscles around and supporting my shoulder, without hurting the area where the pain occurs. I feel I am getting stronger in that shoulder, and doing so without hurting it further. I'm very pleased with the exercises I've been given, and the progress I am making. The office has plenty of weight machines to exercise different muscle groups, which I appreciate. Thank you to Dr. Heidi and her staff, Anthony and Lindsay and Kayla.

Dr. Heidi Fiederlein-Kesper is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled physical therapist. So much so that I followed her from Ivy in East Fishkill NY to Ivy in Brewster NY when I needed additional therapy. She is also very nice and has a good sense o humor. I highly recommend!

I had the best experience recovering from a TKR at this facility for several reasons. But first and foremost was Heidi, the PT.I wish more medical staff in healthcare today were like her! She is pleasant, knowledgeable, attentive and really shows true concern for your issues. As Heidi and I agreed when I started about 2 months ago, I was ‘a mess’! I finished last week and couldn’t have done it without her! I feel great. The facility is really nice as is the rest of the staff. I’d recommend Ivy (Heidi) to anyone needing physical therapy!

I was planning to go to another local PT I've used before and was happy with, but Heidi came highly recommended by my ortho and I'm glad I tried her. Heidi is fantastic! As someone who has spent over two decades at a desk job and commuting, I thought it would take equal years to remedy my physical damage/weakness that was causing me significant pain and limitation of daily tasks. After only a few weeks at Ivy Rehab, I was surprised how much less pain I was in and regained the ability to do "normal" tasks again in a much shorter time than I ever expected. Heidi is very knowledgeable, initial consults are thorough, and she listens and takes the time to answer questions and explain things clearly. The office is brand new, bright, clean and spacious, with top of the line equipment. Easy to get to off highways or local roads and easy parking. Will be recommending Heidi to anyone who needs PT!
I am thrilled I came to my rehab in Brewster. I have gone to numerous PT and felt they were not helping me for my current injury. Heidi is great and I feel I have progressed in the short time I’ve been seeing them, and very caring. Anthony the student intern is also great and will be a wonderful PT .The space is also great all new but spread out, so many times in offices the equipment makes the space so tight and makes you anxious that you may trip over somethingI apologize because I cannot recall the receptionist name who is also very professional, courteous and does her best to make appointments that are convenient for meAll in all Brewster is lucky to have such a great new Physical Therapy office.
I highly recommend Ivy Rehab in Brewster! All of the staff are very professional and kind. Three weeks ago, I underwent ACL reconstruction along with medial/lateral meniscectomy. Never having had surgery before, I had many qualms about my health, however, Dr. Heidi has been a delight and has demonstrated great knowledge and experience in the field and always gives me that extra push, when I struggle with my confidence. She always encourages me throughout our sessions; it is apparent that she possesses a natural gift for helping others, and does so with dignity and grace! My experience has been phenomenal to say the least!

I Have got nothing but amazing things to say about Ivy Rehab! First off, Kayla is an amazing receptionist who is very professional and is very kind to interact with and just overall amazing when it comes to scheduling and asking questions. Heidi the physical therapist is amazing at what she does and very knowledgeable. She has an amazing personality and has made my healing journey go smoothly as well as relieving much of my pain I’d been dealing with. She’s also very thorough with explaining and showing me how to do anything I’m new to. Hopefully I don’t get injured again but if I do this is the place I’m coming back to. I recommend this place to anyone in need of Physical Therapy!!!!
I had knee replacement just over 1 month ago and was so thrilled that a PT location opened up 3 miles from my home. The office is well run with Kayla as the receptionist. She is friendly, efficient and professional. Heidi the Physical therapist is amazing. Besides her warm and friendly personality she is very knowledgeable of all aspects of my care. After a thorough search of my provider directory, I came across Ivyrehab. A location search yielded Dr. Heidi and based on her extensive resume, I chose this location.It turns out that this is a brand new state-of-the-art facility with all of the appliances to support a full-service rehab establishment.The office is still building their clientele at this locale, so I am finding it still relatively easy to book appointments.Dr. Heidi is extremely receptive to patients needs and shows genuine interest in attaining the best outcome for each patient.I do highly recommend her for therapy services.
