Where We’re Located

We are located in Midlothian, VA in Chesterfield County.  Our location is in the southern part of Midlothian in the Brandermill area. We are located off of interstate 288 or Hall Street just past Target and Regal Commonwealth & IMAX Center. We are directly across from Uptown Alley. We love being close to our patients!

We go above and beyond when it comes to the treatment of our young patients. Our goal is to make their experience as close to “playtime” as possible. Our specially-trained pediatric therapists work one-on-one with our young patients to help them, encourage progress, and form lasting bonds. In addition, we work closely with physicians, parents, caregivers, and teachers with a collaborative approach to care to facilitate great clinical and functional outcomes. Our therapists work closely with each patient to create the best, individualized recovery plan.  We are dedicated to helping children reach their full potential, faster!

We've been with Ivy Rehab for three years now between two locations and multiple therapists. We've greatly appreciated working with Connor for OT. She's made us feel heard and has supported our family with a neuroaffirming approach. Connor has always been sure to keep up communication so that we can work together in supporting our child's growth and development.

My girls absolutely love going to ivy rehab for kids (brandermill) location. We see Meghan for ot and she is the absolute best, my daughters fine motors skills have improved drastically the past few months! My daughter has come so far with her coordination and strength thanks to the help of Mya with pt! We also see Sarah and Alyssa for speech and they are both amazing. My daughter’s speech has already improved so much in just the last few weeks. We also love Miss Lauren at the front desk, anytime we need to do a make up day she always lets us know the availability in advance and tries to work us in the best she can.

Our family adores the staff at Ivyrehab for Kids! Each encounter is positive, professional and full of genuine care. Practitioners listen to cares/concerns and respond well. We love Ivy rehab for kids! The facility is always clean and the staff is always on time with very few cancellations. We’ve been working with Chelsea for OT and Alyssa for speech for a while now, and have had great success with my child’s development. We also recently started the evaluations for my second child, and Makayla and Connor seem to be a great fit! Highly recommend!

My kid's love getting Speech & O.T. at Ivy Rehab For Kids(Brandermill location). Summer and Conner are so patient and very quick to think of great ideas to get my son to accomplish tasks that he needs to work on. I genuinely can't praise Ivy Rehab for Kids at Brandermill enough! My daughter has been coming here for a little over a year for speech therapy. She has seen various therapists through her time here and everyone has been extremely helpful and kind. They have helped get her a diagnosis, a speech device and more than anything her confidence. She struggled so much with her speech before starting at Ivy and now she speaks with such confidence and is understanded so much more often. The office staff is so kind and friendly too. They're always so helpful with accommodating schedules and the fact they greet my daughter by name each morning makes her feel so important. Ivy Rehab for Kids at Brandermill has completely changed my daughter's life and mine. I really can't praise and thank them all enough. Highly recommended from us!

I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about Tatum and the rest of the Ivy Rehab staff. My daughter was delayed physically and I had so many worries when we started PT. Tatum was so helpful every appointment and encouraged both my daughter and I so much in her development. When kiddos have special circumstances, that call for extra support, it is priceless to find an establishment that is not only educated but trustworthy and invested. For me and my son Ivy Midlo has bridged the gap! I trust everyone that works there. Each of the ladies are knowledgeable in their individual areas, and also work together to share tips and tricks, that assist in each child's development.My son has made tremendous stride in communication and peer play since we started Ivy just over a year ago. I've seen him become excited to interact, space awareness, and gain more confidence.At Ivy we've found our tribe of support for growth, and I'd recommend this establishment time and time again.

I love Ivy Rehab, i’ve seen such an improvement in my son’s development since starting with them. I love that they send me home with options and ideas on how to work with him and i really love seeing how excited he is to go into his sessions. We’ve worked with Chelsea, Rachel, and Karlie..all three of them are so sweet and patient and i can tell they actually care/are excited about his growth and development. I would recommend this center 100x.

We have only been coming here about a month but my daughter already feels so comfortable with Ms. Rachel her primary speech therapist, but after one class with Ms. Karli she took her hand and was ready to go to the back with her. Ms. Lauren at the front desk is so sweet and they are all very accommodating with my schedule.

Absolutely hands down THE best place to take your kids for therapy. My 4yr old autistic son has been going here since he was about 1 1/2 almost 2. I couldn't ask for better people to assist my son in growing/learning speech, perform day to day tasks, behavioral assistance, etc.. They have not only gained my respect and admiration, but have really stepped up in getting to know my son on a personal level. He absolutely adores his therapists Ms. Karly and Ms.Connor. The best part, for me, is that they are so understanding and any stress that I may be feeling, they always find a way to reassure me. The best decision I have ever made for my son was bringing him to Ivy Rehab for Kids. We love you guys. ❤️

My son has Tourette’s and also suffers from speech problems. Ms Karlie has been working with him for quite some time now and is nothing short of amazing! She truly cares about him and her care and concern shines through in every appointment with him. He absolutely adores her and even though she is switching locations and it’s a little bit farther, we would follow her anywhere! She is the BEST! I highly recommend Ivy Rehab and especially Ms Karlie!
