At our clinic, we go out of our way to make your physical rehabilitation and recovery a great experience. You can see us with or without a prescription from your doctor! If you see us first, we can provide you with a complimentary injury screening or refer you to a great physician, if necessary. We know your time is valuable, so to make you wait as little as possible we even offer appointments within 24 hours of your first phone call. We’ll also do everything in our power to accommodate your busy schedule.

I was in a very bad situation when i went to Ivy Rehab Audubon, which i could not walk for few feet, or in a one position for more than 30 mins.Tim Young the clinic director Physical therapist, help me to make my life easier within one month,And when my issue was found a specialized help he in the process went out finding me specialized personal, and somuch help. With lot of recommendations !! I was just 5 months in USA, if I would have not found Tim, would have been disaster for me .He will go out of his way to heal us ❤️.First and Most is the attentiveness, and listening to our aches/pain, tracking back the progress, it is Tim, I any day recommend him.Finally Casi was very welcoming when ever I was changing the schedules without prior notice.These people healed me and I'm Trully Greatfull, Wishing them nothing but success and Healthy Life's!!!

I had been dealing with issues in my hip that I learned when working with Alex Kostrubiak were actually a lower back problem. I live fairly far from Audubon so we did all of the physical therapy sessions remotely. It worked out so well, and Alex is the best! I now have the understanding and knowledge to perform the tailored exercises to avoid this “hip” issue ever again! I highly recommend Alex!!

After going to a chiropractor for a few months and not having much relief at all, I decided to go the PT route. And I'm so glad I did. After the first week with Alex, I had relief! I couldn't believe it. Alex showed me exercises to help strengthen my back. Some were hard and took coordination (which I don't have) But Alex was so patient and took his time to make sure I was able to do them. It took a few months for my back to feel completely better, and during those months there were times I was discouraged and wondered if this was the best it was going to get. Alex kept assuring me to hang in there. Alex has such a positive attitude. He really gives his all to his clients. Casidy at the front desk is also super nice, helpful and accommodating.

We moved here from Las Vegas and I was worried about locating an excellent physical therapist. Thank goodness I met Alex! He is the best physical therapist I've ever had in over a long period of going to physical therapy. He listens to my concerns about my pain, provides excellent exercises for home, and works directly with me to address specific issues during each visit. I leave each session feeling better. He is most engaging and it is the first physical therapist I've had where I look forward to each visit. This is my second week as a patient at the Audubon Excel practice. I am a retired physical therapist with 43 years of experience so I know good when I see it. Alex is my therapist, and he is very knowledgeable, very clear in his instructions, and extremely personable. He puts his patients at ease. Alex establishes a trusting relationship with his patients easily, and this skill is crucial for patient progress. Alex motivates his patients, and I find that I am eager to do my exercises at home even though I go to the practice three days a week. Already I am seeing improvement in my posture and core strength. This was my first time doing physical therapy. Alex helped me recover from tendinitis in my shoulder and get me back to my normal strenuous workouts as well as showing me exercises and stretches to prevent it from happening again. I strongly recommend this place for anyone that needs PT.Just make sure your insurance covers the cost. I thought mine did, but I wound up with a pretty insane bill.

Alex is hands down the best physical therapy provider I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I worked with Alex last year to rehab from both a knee injury and a cervical fusion. He is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen to my concerns and how I was feeling. I came to Excel with a severe case of vertigo. It’s difficult to explain to people without feeling crazy that you can’t walk without veering like a car with a bad alignment. But Alex understood my issues and began treating my symptoms including motion techniques to realign “crystals” as they are commonly known in my inner ear to relieve spinning spells. He is now working to strengthen my eyes using various techniques and exercises involving repetitive eye movements and other interactive activities to improve balance and eye coordination. Alex is always welcoming and explains in detail the rationale behind the exercises and treatments he has me performing. He started me off with a regimen of small exercises & worked with me weekly, adding more challenging moves that seriously helped eliminate the pain I was experiencing.I now have an "at home" routine that I can do on my own.The incentive? I went to Excel Physical Therapy for a reoccurring injury in my back and as a farmer really needed to sort the issue out for the longevity of my career. Alex shared some experience in agriculture and knew what kind of positions I was spending much of my time at work in, and tailored a routine just for me the target the muscle groups that were the most effected. He helped me develop a routine that has kept me from needing to go back with another season of farming wrapping up it goes to show that he has really helped end a problem that plagued me for years.
