Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is Now Open in Libertyville and Lindenhurst, IL
We’re excited to announce the opening of two Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy clinics in Libertyville and Lindenhurst, Illinois! These Ivy Rehab clinics are located in the North Suburban area of Illinois. The Lindenhurst clinic is located across the street from Lake Forest Health and Fitness Center at 3021 Falling Waters Boulevard; while the Libertyville clinic is located at 1260 American Way – on the same street as the Chapel.

These Ivy Rehab clinics offer treatments for people who are suffering from back and chronic pain, post-surgery recovery, arthritis, pelvic issues, and neurological disorders. In addition, they’ll have a team of sports rehabilitation experts who will work with student and adult athletes on sprains, strains, localized pain, and sports injuries.
