Robert Babb and Jim Fagnani are Regional Directors for the facilities. Robert Babb, PT, MBA, is a licensed Physical Therapist, American Physical Therapy Association member, and local resident who brings over 35 years of experience and pro-active, educationally oriented programs to the Montgomery and Bucks County areas. He is a graduate of Temple University and served 6 years in various physical therapy centers while in the United States Navy.

Jim Fagnani, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, CFCE, is a graduate of Widener University’s Doctorate program with a specialization in orthopedic research. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), awarded by the NSCA with advanced training in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Manual Physical Therapy Techniques. He has earned the distinction of Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator (CFCE), the highest credential in Industrial Evaluation. He is also Board Certified in Orthopedics as he has earned the designation of Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He has advanced training and experience in the treatment and rehabilitation of runners, as well as all athletes.
