A letter from our CEO, COO, and CPO

“The Ivy Rehab Network was founded in 2003, and over the past 16 years it has grown into a leading national provider of outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. We could not be more proud to be a part of this organization, where each one of our 2,000 teammates are deeply dedicated to providing patients with exceptional experiences and outcomes.

It is our pleasure to work alongside of this group and learn from them each and every day. The pride our teams take in our values-based culture has never been stronger and this makes Ivy a different sort of place; one rooted in the fundamental tenets of caring, serving and growing. Ivy’s clinicians and support services teammates are positively committed to providing our patients with
best-in-class outcomes based treatment across all of our facilities.

We have experienced substantial growth over the past three years, with 2019 being a truly special year for us. With each new clinic and each new partner, our network grows stronger thus allowing further investment in the resources our teams need to provide more of the exceptional care and service that Ivy has become known for.

We look forward to our continued development as we move into a 2020 with more patients than ever seeking “PT First” for musculoskeletal and other forms of care, and we hope you enjoy this opportunity to learn a bit more about what it means to be a part of the Ivy Rehab Network.”

As Ivy Rehab continues to grow, we’re confident that our company culture will, too. We’ll continue to invest both time and resources into ensuring that we don’t lose sight of what got us to this point. We have no doubt that the reputation we’ve built for exceptional patient care, outcomes, and satisfaction is directly tied to our investment in nurturing our culture.”
