We are located in Virginia Beach, VA. Our location is in the Haygood area on Pembroke Boulevard across the street from Pembroke Apartments. We love being close to our patients!

Mack, Cindy, and Jimmy have been amazing. After having my son my doctor thought it would be great to start therapy for my back. At first I thought I would never have relief and it was pointless, but once I started doing some exercises at home and strengthening my core. I found relief and feel so much better. They have been great, and keep pt fun!

I started at Ivy Rehab back in the fall of 2022 to see if therapy would help with my shoulder pain. As expected, my shoulder pain continued and I needed surgery to repair my rotator cuff. The staff was wonderful! I was discouraged before the surgery and even after the surgery. However, each therapist worked with me and helped me to understand that it would take time to heal and strengthen my shoulder. I completed PT today and I feel great. My shoulder feels like it did years ago and I am confident that I can do whatever I feel like doing. The Haygood staff is outstanding from the office personnel to the physical therapists. It's a cheerful atmosphere where you feel like they have your best interest in mind. I would highly recommend this facility.

From day one starting with the initial phone call Tiffany was amazing. She got me and my husband in within days for our consultation. She is extremely friendly and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I been working with Audra and she is amazing and she definitely knows her stuff. The entire staff is nice and they work together as a team. I am truly happy with the care we are receiving and I definitely would recommend Ivy rehab.

So how should I start with this group of PT Therapist group at Pembroke? So started with a bad lower leg fracture in 2020. This group had me back on both feet again in quick time. Well then to find out to have a multi fractured in same foot from injury there I was back getting another operation again 2 years later. Was asked if I want to return this practice after first great help why would you not!!! So I went back and this was not fun rehab but the positive influence always kept myself positive(other than those darn marbles exercise in beginning). So they continued to keep working and pushing me the whole way through and always came up with something to keep me improving. Thanks to all from front desk to PT and their assistants they are a great group. Thank you all for your help today in the last 2 plus years.

The therapists and staff at ivy rehab for kids-Haygood have been historically exceptional! While most of our therapists have moved on and no longer work here, the time we spent at this office was special!  We love this office because it is where an amazing speech therapist diagnosed and taught my son how to say his name. It's where the world's greatest physical therapist helped my daughter take her first steps. And where an administrative clerk worked miracles with scheduling. If you ever have a chance to work with Mrs. Chelsea Lindo, Mrs. Leeann Robbins, or Mrs. Stephanie Kaminsky, please consider yourself extraordinarily privileged, as they are nothing short of the best this industry has to offer.

I have worked with Audra, Cindy, Max, and Abby to PT my knee after meniscus surgery. I could not be more pleased with my experience. Each of these ladies work with me as if PT is their personal calling which is to say that I consider this the highest compliment. Their eye for the smallest detail reinforces my confidence that they are keeping me on track. For example, with each stride I can hear Audra saying I want you to work on landing with your heel. Beyond their elite PT, they almost promote a terrific environment for healing. It really feels like a family atmosphere where all of us (those working to heal us and those being healed) are in this together. I really love it.

I came here extremely skeptical after having bad experiences with other physical therapy places in the past. I was scared, in pain, not hopeful that my condition would improve, and yet I could tell from day one that there was something different about this place. The difference is not only do they know what they’re doing, but they genuinely care and form relationships with their patients to encourage them from the bad shape they arrive in to getting their lives back, and every step along the way. I came in with a laundry list of problems. They were undaunted. We started slow, and even though I was challenged, I always left feeling like I had made progress. It took time but I’ve worked with basically everyone on their team and they helped give me back parts of my body I thought I’d lost use of forever. They were my hope when I had none. They are professional but understanding, and that applies to each member of their entire team. I’ll never go anywhere else for physical therapy and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Wonderful, kind professionals. I went there after surgery, in pain and with very limited mobility. They were patient and knowledgeable. Everybody is super nice, including the ladies in the front desk. I don’t have any pain now and I can function almost normally . I feel blessed and very grateful
